This location is terrible. Our server was rude took him 10 minutes just to take our drink order. After waiting 20 mins to order food he finally came. Usually a waiter will tell you that the chicken tenders don't come wet he didn't say that. Dude was just throwing straws done like he had an attitude. My wife told me to calm down cause he was treating us like trash. First my food came out, 10 minutes later my wife food comes, no food for my daughter. He walks past and says did I forget anything obliviously my daughter food. So my wife told me to wait I'll go up front so we won't cause any drama. The black young lady with all black had an attitude because my wife said her tenders wasn't dipped. The lady in all black rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders saying we don't do that. My wife says why he couldn't tell me that as the waiter was walking up to my wife like he was gone do something. So when my wife came back to the table I noticed how upset she was. So as a man you don't disrespect my wife or family. The lady in all black, my waiter and another with blonde hair was standing by the door I said excuse me and they acted like they didn't want to move to so I walked threw and asked the lil dude are good he asked me am I good then I said stop outside if you got a problem. I wasn't loud or anything you can check the cameras. I stood outside thinking he was coming because obliviously yall have no respect for the customer so I figured he be behind me. I walked back in the lady in all black was at my wife table talking to her. My wife says can you just leave and take our daughter. Now at this point the lady in all black should have deescalate the situation but she didn't, so the skinny lady with blond walked past me rolling her eyes and looking at me like she had a problem so I started laughing and the lady in black said you can leave we don't condone that I said but it ok for your waiter to that family like trash she says but sir you doing all I said doing what I'm not even loud you are she says I call the police I said call them walked back to the front and asked for the older guy with a black collar shirt on the the hostes at the front said I will get him. I ask the manager to step outside it's loud you can't hear me. He says no we can talk here. Ok my first words was her waiter is being very rude we waited 10 mins just for a drink order then the manager laughs in my face. So I told him ima walk outside because you laughing in my face and your bout to get hurt because we paying all this money for this type of service. At this point all you employees are in front of me talking shit like they was gone hit me expect the lil dude that took our order he was quite Now all your women waiters that was talking shit to me at the front should be fired because they all had my family scared for there life.    Read moreSo me and my fiancĂ© decided to go out for lunch mind you had been a long time since we got to do anything together so we were really looking forward to it. We get to the restaurant at about 2:45 PM so the place was pretty empty maybe five tables in the entire restaurant and one table sat on the bar side. We sat at the bar and were super friendly with the bartender when he showed up and were greeted with nothing but coldness. Asked him if there were any deals because I knew that there were happy hour Appetizers, but he said that we missed lunch at 2 oâclock and was very short and cold , and never said anything else. We continued to be very friendly and kind towards him Only to be met with the same attitude. Ordered our food and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes to get cold food dropped off to us besides my fiancĂ©âs chicken sandwich I had to let him know that our food was cold, and he left to get fresh fries and acted like we were an issue. Even when we were ordering our food, I ordered first and my fiancĂ© was still ordering and after he finished, I asked for my ranch on the side and he had an attitude and said Iâll see if they havenât already made it even though he hadnât even hit send on the order. It was a problem. Couldnât get salt and pepper or silverware because he was too busy on his phone texting and away. I have never been to a restaurant that does not care more about their customers , if you want good service, I guess go at a busier time because at the time we went, they could not care less. He Told the manager what was going on and the manager never even walked up to address anything and completely ignored the situation. I normally donât leave reviews but this was such a crappy experience that I figured I would go ahead and leave one. we will never come back to this location again because this is not the first time weâve had a bad experience here, which really sucks because we enjoy Buffalo wild wings and have visited many across the United States. I wish I would have picked anywhere else! Thereâs no reason any bartender should be cold to you number one when youâre paying customers and number two when youâre pretty much the only customers. I worked at a restaurant for 13 years so we did leave him 18% which he didnât deserve at all but he couldâve made double that if he knew how to care about customers and the experience people have. By the end of it all I was very upset and cold to him as well which I donât like cause I never wanna be like that or have bad energy but you get back what you give in this world and I had had enough and was done trying to be kind when we done nothing wrong at all.    Read moreMy family and I went two days in a row. The first day, I liked my order but my family member's orders was not right. They stated their food was pretty good and it did look good. They did not call back to discuss any issues though. The second day, I tried a similar order just modified a bit. I ate my food later when I arrived back home. I was in the car when the family member placed the order initially. The girl tried to overtalk and rush the one trying to place the order. Furthermore, she yelled in the back to someone asking if they had mango habanero sauce and stated that she was tripping. Not professional! My family member asked her to repeat the order because of her unprofessionalism. She repeated it back exactly. Fast forward to me calling regarding my incorrect order. I asked for a manager. I was put on hold and someone comes on the line. I asked if she was a manager and she said that she was. I told her that my order was incorrect and told her the name on the order. In the midst of me trying to explain what was wrong, she cuts me off and says it was 5 hours ago and the girl did not wring the order up for only wing flats. There is an additional charge for flats only and with her repeating the order back, it should have been correct. The manager NEVER apologized. She asked if I was eating my wings which I was. She wanted me to come back for the flats at almost 1030 or 11 at night. I had just been released from the hospital late the other day. That's how we found them the first day because they were pretty much the only restaurant open. I also did not have the Habanero mango sauce which I wanted to try on the side. Nothing was mentioned about the sauce. The carrots were not the traditional long and thin carrots. The celery looked old. I asked for these on the side. I got potato wedges this time and they were just ok. The salt and vinegar dry rub is nasty but the lemon pepper dry rub was delicious. That's what I got the first day. I asked the manager for her name and she said Ashley. Ashley lacked Professionalism, hospitality, and had a matter of fact tone. Please train your staff on not rushing customers, listening to customers, and teach them Professionalism skills. I don't believe that I will be ordering...
