I've been to this location once before and had no problems. staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in and was helped immediately. However, my second time was for the holidays and this was not a great experience because the manager was rude and accusatory. To start, I had placed my order for Christmas eve for the options online that listed up til 3:45pm and I work night shift so, naturally I picked this time closer to the time I wake up for my shift. They call me later that day around 9am and 2pm (day of) to let me know they close at 3pm so 3:45 was not possible. I call to request a refund she offers store credit because cake was ready and courtesy calls were made, she says " This is the one and only time she can give a refund, because, courtesy calls were given day before and day of. They also require 24 hr cancellation notice" I had placed my order around 2am day, so, there no were calls were made day before because I placed it day of while at work of Christmas eve because, again, I was working night shift and sleeping. There's no way I could've given a "24 cancellation notice" because 1: I made the purchase the day of so 24 hrs was never an option and 2: I had every intention of getting the cake til I woke up and they were closed and got the messages late after "several attempts" It was also the company's fault for having that option available online as an option to pick-up past the store operating times. if 3pm is when they were closing, that's not my fault I did not receive the message in time. This should have been fixed before hand prior to the holiday arrival. Instead of accusing me and being less kind about it. This was my second and last time order at this location if managers don't know how to speak to customers and have their facts straight. Read moreI like to share my experience. I love the bundle cakes. Specially the strawberry one. My children love blue berry and other ones. While visiting the place 3 or 4 times one of the visits I was ignoring how coupons worked. So I was asking 5h3 staff. I went one day prior but this new team was not the one from one day before. So the cashier that day was not helping much, so she called the Manger ( I guess she was the manager) I amnot sure. So She came with a really bad attitude, she was very unpolite and I was just trying to figure out the way coupons worked. So to me she was very rude but to white people she wasn't. So I did not feel okay with however I still bought the cupcakes. I can not remember the name of the person. But as management they should know they will have multicultural people, races etc. So you guys need to be kind to everyone no matter their skin color or race. I overlooked -free until I got to the store counter. I asked the server what would be the major difference in taste. She said not much difference, but for me, except for the icing, it didn't even taste like the superb Nbc that I've always known. It was very dry, and tasted nothing like the regular flavor.
