Absolutely excellent bar in downtown Hoboken. Especially known for its Football (soccer) match showings. They will play any football match from around the world that they can. They also have an anything you could need food menu from salads to wraps to burgers during game times. If you're not into soccer, they also play all the important games in every other sport. Always a great environment on the weekends. People are friendly and conversational. The bartenders are fast and efficient. You'll end up wondering which is better, their personality or their performance because both are fantastic. Mike the manager holds it down and always creates a safe and fun environment for everyone and cracks the funniest jokes 🤣 while making you any drink you could need. Farrah is always attentive, fast, and caring. She's super kind and genuine. Reean will always make sure you're happy with your drink. I came in one afternoon and I didn't know what I wanted. I told him comically enough that my favorite drink was a piña colada. I never thought to order that at an Irish bar but he was like sure I'll make you one. Goes to the back, grabs their blender and makes me one. It was great. Nobody start getting any ideas thinking they serve Pina coladas regularly. Last but not least they have the man, the myth, the legend Ren at the door on the busy nights. He's a happy family man that just wants to see everyone have an enjoyable night. Where even the sheep getting shagged have more class the bartender so called manager Brendan Lynch! Paul really let this business side when he hired him as a bar manager! He is not only disgraceful when behind the bar but a true representative of a drunkin' monkey off duty as well! The rest of the staff is pleasant..Tommy, the young younger guy! Gary Shannon who worked there for years might have been a bullock at times but he had more class in his toe then this toe rag Brendan...Just my opinion though...Paul has turned this place into a wanker's pub! I am sure I won't be the first or the last to say that about this guy who thinks he is God's gift to us all... I am sure sure he has little self esteem if you know what I mean...Brendan that is...No I never wanted to sleep with him that is what everyone thinks when someone writes a bad review and they are female to a bartender. He is just really bad at his job! Childish, disrespectful etc. to females..His girlfriend cheated on him and now he takes it out on every female! Mix that with booze and he is a great bartender...yes I am being facetious.Brendan's biggest word he knows is marmalade and that is a stretch! You treated my friend like garbage...she could have gotten more respect from a bum on the street. Just goes to show you anyone can wear a Liverpool...
