Great vibes, weak employees. Sunday funday mood was absolutely elite and doesn’t disappoint. If you love Manasquan, you’ll like it here. I plan out the next time I can return from Manhattan. But, poor experiences with the bartending staff and bathroom attendant. Largely choosing to over-serve myself and my group, basically each time the bartender came back to my area we tried to order a new round of drinks (claw buckets, mixed drinks, yager bombs, green tea). But more times than not, she didn’t even acknowledge us, or she took my drink order and never brought the drinks over. I get bartending on a Sunday funday can be hard (and maybe it was an off day for her), but why aren’t you taking my money every time you come over? Your passing up on your own tips? Beats me. Then, the bathroom attendant. The girls room ran out of toilet paper, we asked him for more, and he said he couldn’t give us any (there’s no longer a shortage last time I checked). Then, he gave in, went into the back, got a new roll and instead of giving it to the girls to bring into the bathroom, every girl had to ask him for some before they went in. What was he even attending to, why is he on payroll? To guard the starbursts I’m sure nobody pays for on their way back to their tequila soda? It was my birthday last weekend, Saturday night my friends and I went for the 1st time to hooboken. We picked this bar. Loocked nice. Waitress was nice and polite. My girlfriend ordered one round of drinks for everyone. DJ and music were amazing, so We were planning to get a bottle and one guy. I think he was short with tattoos who worked there that night. Took put drinka on half without asking if we finished. I called him, but he didn't turn back, so I touched his arm to let him know why he took pur drinks, and he automatically were so rude and threatened me with his macho attitude that "NEVER TOUCH ME OR I WILL REGRET" we didnt wven start the night on my birthday it was around 9:40pm pr 10pm. It was our second weekend at pig and parrot everything was fine bartender was friendly !!! We work in hotel industry too !! Just wanted to spend our weekend in good mood after a long day as we wer enjoying one of their crew member who was kind of tipsy hit one of my friend and started arguing with him when he asked everything ok with u ??
