Newport Tower Suites — Hotel in Jersey City

These guys are very welcoming if you're a prospect tenant but once you're a resident here, then the real magic begins. PROS: View, Near Newport station CONS: exorbitant rent, no amenities like gym or even a common room, no visitor parking, cockroaches, poorly insulated walls, windows that are never cleaned.

They said if you renew the lease, hike will be nominal and not beyond 10% but they increased the rent by WHOPPING 20% and management didn't even bother to listen what they initially mentioned. And that was not it, even after paying such a PREMIUM REMT for an old building they started digging for a "Pool That No One Asked", this is causing such inconvenience to people as the access to building doors is now completely gone. Please avoid and opt for better buildings, these guys are good...

Manipulate in pricing.. the view of course is terrific there but it's not as clean as I expected. Also, I booked online with 185 $/night and when we tried to check in we found it 275$. ( chocking) .They said it's the cleaning fee. It's totally manipulating attitude from their side. I tried to book from their website and booking. Com and found the same price and confirmed as 185$, we're totally upset from that kind of cheating. Dishonesty is making that place out of our list next time. :-( unfortunately, We came from so far to face that...
