Dunkin' — Restaurant in Holyoke

Gotta be the worst dunkies I've ever went to. Tried ordering an iced latte. The two women working were arguing in spanish about a new hire coming in. I order a caramel iced latte with whole milk, she asks if I want cream and sugar. I say no it's an iced latte. Whole milk, she says oat milk. I explained I want whole milk. Two employees still going off on new hire coming in. She fills a cup with milk nothing else. New hire comes in and they start giving her a hard time. This girl was very young and seemed nervous. Meanwhile these two are rapid firing questions and getting pissed at her like it's her fault she hasn't been trained. One keeps threatening to walk out every time this new girl says she doesn't know something. Honestly I hope the new hire quit, who wants to work with such bad attitude coworkers. She finally dumps all the milk out and starts to make the latte. My latte was finally handed to me after several minutes and it was wrong. I asked them to do a quick fix to it by adding the caramel. The two women stare at me like I have 6 heads. Maybe stop being drama queens and do your job. She dumps more than half out, adds more espresso and caramel leaving the cup half full. FEB 16TH 12:30 -12:40 PM . I was the only customer inside and I ordered TWO items, BOTH items BIG FAIL. Frozen drink I asked for extra caramel on bottom, sides and top it was only put on the top.. So I asked the cashier if I could have some caramel so I can do it myself, she gave me some no problem. Now five minutes go by and I'm still standing there so I'm asked is that your order on the screen??obviously I'm the Only one here !! So now she makes the sausage egg and cheese on croissant ya the girl who failed making the drink starts the sandwich 🤦‍♀️ finally get my sandwich.. when I open it I notice the croissant is CHARCOAL, BURNT TO A CRISP!! in the trash it went. If I didn't have to go pick up my son from school I would of went back in and told her TO EAT IT.. Ghetto. This angry chick berated me over the drive thru speaker over what kind of milk I wanted in my cappuccino. She goes "what do you want in it?"
