Starbucks — Restaurant in Honolulu

No restroom. Have to walk all the way past Ross. Barista tried to charge me for cream for my venti coffee.

Only 4 tables inside. 3 are small. I was going to sit at the larger one, but felt bad taking up a table for 3 when there was just me. Then a girl came in and sat down at that table by herself. Not only was she still there when I left after more than an hour, she didn’t bother to buy anything. Two more girls came in and occupied a table for the better part of an hour before leaving without either one of them getting something. The baristas didn’t say anything. I love this starbucks. Very clean and the workers are very professional. There's options like food and pastries too. My favorite is the brownies. They are rich and moist. I also like getting the cake pops for my bf. This starbucks is in a great location because you can get your fix right before strolling the mall or going to Costco which is pretty much next door. The only thing about this starbucks is that there's not a lot of seating. So it's kinda like a grab and go starbucks. I really enjoy this place this employee stands out and is one of my favorites (kami) she is young and full of joy and her customer service is awesome what a great asset to the company the best thing is she is still learning and not stuck like others!!

I would emphasize that i did not agree with is managers talking down on employees in front of customers!
