I have always loved everything about Chick fil a Christian owned, the quality of food the politeness of employees. Yesterday after being on Valleydale Road off of Hwy 280, I ran in to enjoy chicken strips. I was shocked to be greeted by a girl dress in black with a red cape, with the greeting of Happy Halloween. I told her I don’t do Halloween and proceeded to order my food. The chicken strips were soggy. Nothing like they used to be. Then I had to listen to the girl get louder with every customer greeting them with Happy Halloween. Then she proceeded to a table with teenage boys to say Happy Halloween and asked them how it was going and how they were spending the rest of their day. She said I am dressed as my favorite Harry Potter character. As I sat there and watched all of this unfolding before me, it made me so sad. The teen boys laughed at her. I realize that most people don’t know the origin of Halloween. What is really crazy now is we are not supposed to say Merry Christmas, in celebration of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Now think on that. I don’t know who owns this Chick fil a but you should be closed down. I have eaten there two times now and it was not good either time. Will not be back to...
Read moreI am old as sin and finally ate at my very first Chick-fil-A!! I was never a person that wanted a chicken breast on a burger bun as I always felt that BURGERS belonged on rolls not Chicken, but I guess the COWS finally convinced me to let them graze longer lol....After all, EAT MORE CHIKEN the Mooers say!!!! So, I finally made it and when they were having the BBQ Chic special. I have to admit I never knew what I was missing out on until I ate my first!! Although, if you are counting calories I would definitely stay away from this place and the burger joints as well lol.....This location was very bright and clean and the little older white hair lady taking my order at the counter was so adorable and kind!! Quite the talker now so let's not hold up the line!! The taste was great, the portion was filling, and I added a waffle fry, probably should not have with all the extra calories but I did, and when I left I got up and actually didn't feel bloated like I do with a burger sometimes and yet felt full and satisfied!! Will I go back? Yes, someday, when I can afford all the...
Read moreChick-fil-A is usually my go-to for fast, friendly service, and the inside staff at this location absolutely lived up to that reputation. When I went inside to sort out my curbside order, the team was polite, quick, and apologetic — they handled it with professionalism and kindness, which I really appreciated.
That said, the curbside experience left a lot to be desired. I had checked in on the app and waited in the designated parking spot for over 10 minutes. I could see the car side attendant inside, chatting and casually walking around, clearly not paying attention to the curbside orders. It felt like they were simply avoiding their responsibilities. My order had been sitting on the counter the whole time.
It was disappointing to experience that kind of laziness, especially from a brand known for top-tier service. I’m glad the inside team handled the situation well, but management should definitely address the lack of attentiveness at curbside. It’s the kind of detail that can make or break a...
