Absolutely incredible experience here! I called them to set up an appointment to get my ring repaired and they told me I could just come by that day. The woman assisting me explained why the band was bending, ways to avoid it getting damaged further, and an estimated cost for repair if it got worse. She then took it to the back and a specialist looked at it for me and straightened the band FOR FREE. I had inquired with a different jeweler and they quoted me $65 so it was incredible that they provided this service free of charge. Do not take jewelry here if you want to sell it unless you have a platinum cushion cut, princess cut or some oddity that they've never seen. My diamond was flawless top of the line and they offered me scrap metal price for the gold and would just hand me the diamonds back. They were going right back in my safe. I have gone to Southeastern for years now, and each year I have been treated worse and worse. I bought an amethyst ring 6 years ago that has had to be fixed over and over again for the same issue. Finally, I went to a different jeweler and found out my stone was chipped, and that was the reason I kept having to get it fixed.
