If you're looking to sell your jewelry or scrap gold, look elsewhere. I was offered more from a pawn shop, much more. Then she tried to tell me that 10K gold is 10% gold. When I asked, " isn't it 41%?" she told me, " no, it's 10%." I didn't need to hear anything else. Then I was told that my diamond ring wasn't worth more than scrap because it had a lot of color in the diamonds. Little does she know that these diamonds were certified as an "H" in color which is "near colorless". Funny because they had an almost identical ring in their case for $2200 and it had much more "color" than mine did. She didn't know what she was talking about or she assumed that I didn't know anything about jewelry. Either way, I don't trust them and won't be going back....

These people, in my opinion, are crooks. I brought them some jewelry my wife and I inherited. One piece has a GMI certificate stating a value of over $9k, a wedding ring worth $5k. And significant amount of gold and silver. They basically said it was all worthless saying the diamonds would break when they removed them. I remember in high-school learning diamonds are one of the hardest substances on earth. They offered me $400.00 for everything. When I said no they were offended and became rude. I took them to a pawn shop and was offered $900.00 just for the gold after they weighed it. The 2 diamond rings, they made me an offer of $5k. I would be very careful dealing with these people....
