Winn-Dixie — Local services in Hoover

Went for five items at 8 at night. Of all of those items 2 did not have the quantity available to complete a buy one get one free offer and the stocked items were a disaster. Other items were used to fill in spots where product was missing and there was a general lack of more than a few items that were listed in the flyer in multiple locations. For another item I had to call for assistance to find one of them in the very very back of the section buried behind what the head use to fill the hole. However, I must give high praise to the people who were actually working in the store from the checker Mary to the front end man whose name I believe was Bruce. The store has consistently gone downhill since the new manager took over from the previous one who unfortunately died. The quality of the merchandise especially produce and the fact that if you run an ad and you don't have items that are in the ad you might as well not open your door because I'm shopping for things that are in the ad and secondly for things I would normally buy for myself and my family. If Winn-Dixie continues to decline as it has over the past six to eight months I will no longer shop there. I can take my money somewhere else and even though it's less convenient to do so I would rather give my money to somebody who actually gives a darn about their customers and can provide the product that they advertise...

This is what we need more of now we don't realize Wal-Mart is a supercenter, and i like supercenters too, but what people should think instead of back to that roots [not racisim not color] but how you are raised. Should we still go to grocery stores or cut that out .. No, you can put in place something to monitor it as long as you put right people over it, human will control themselves, we can use the technology to do anything, even brainwash our own thoughts so we need real people in place to stop it from taking us over. Black webs gotta go and pots gotta grow. Evolution itself isnt from teaching us corruption and the differences, if we just stop living corrupt. Empathy is only rime God ever wept, God is our only real judge and if that can be overridden by a man to decide even my faith to making sure my daughter was ok I'd keep open grocery stores and invest in supercenters you can't through anything away, you have to recycle. First, let me say I have been shopping at this store since it was Brunos. I have lived in Inverness for 25 years. MY DOG PASSED AWAY June 24th I called customer service today June 26th, 2025 to ask about returning unopened dog food I purchased the previous Friday or Saturday but had not kept the receipt. Libby tried to get a manager on the phone but could not. She said the manager approved the return and she would leave a note. Apparently not since Raymond from customer service immediately copped an attitude and said he would not help me and had a problem with me. I have spent on average $250-400 a month at this store for years. I will not spend another penny there. I will take my business to Walmart. Raymond is one of the worst, uncaring customer service individuals I have encountered. I hope upper management will look into this and rectify it. This store does not need an individual sitting at their desk unwilling to help people. And did I mention my dog...
