1/26/23 -Update- Greg and the team are amazing. As you guys have seen I've chronicled my journey with this Mavis location and will continue too. I can definitely speak to the professional level of knowledge and respect the team gives. I have never felt cheated, tricked, or bamboozled in all the times I have came to visit and I honestly value that because I appreciate the true honesty that is given, even when it is not so good news. With that being said, Greg and Sam are wonderful and will do their best to make sure you get the service you deserve and are happy with.

11/12/22 -Update- For starters, I wish Google would allow me to do separate reviews, but nonetheless; Sam/Sammy (sorry) will always be the reason I keep coming back! He is the epitome of taking care of a customer and assessing their needs. Long story short, there was an issue with an alignment. Not only was Sam/Sammy honest/transparent with me, but the Mavis crew did a very good job at fixing the issue. I appreciate, in this day and age, an honest person being real/transparent about the situation, providing true and accurate visual aides, and walking me through the issue to understand what exactly is going on, instead of just 'inflating/adding extra' to the situation to try to make more of a profit. He really has integrity and so does the staff at Mavis. This is the reason they will keep my business. I can honestly say there are very few honest places that won't sacrifice a customer's need for profit. If you want honest and genuine understanding of what your car is doing--visual aides included-- this is the place!!

11/02/21 I just want to say, I will definitely be back again!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! An oil change fell through at NTB (they were out of oil for my car; that's like Taco Bell being out of tacos!!!! Seriously!?) Even though I was unscheduled, Bill and his team wiggled me in and got me out in 30-45 mins tops!!!! Definitely have waited 2+ hours for an oil change in the past, but I thoroughly enjoyed getting out quick and very much appreciated the graciousness Bill and his team had to sneak me in last minute!! This is a special thank you to John, Greg and Darra! First, let me tell you all how thankful I am that I chose this particular Mavis. When I first walked in I was greeted by Greg. He was so warm and welcoming. At that moment I knew I wanted to spend my money here. I was so nervous and scared at first because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. I was so afraid that I would be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. But y’all this team broke everything down to me. Greg took my keys and they did the inspection and they showed me where my car was extremely rusted and worn down. John the mechanic, broke down all the parts like the rotors and brake pads and other parts and he explained the purpose of all the parts and why I was having the issues I was having. John broke down this process so well that I completely understood what he was doing. Y’all this team was very thorough! It took a little time but they kept me updated on the process which made me even more grateful because they took pride in what they were doing. When I got there my brakes were screaming and scratching and making all sorts of loud noises. My tire was flat and has been given me issues for months. But now my car is running so smooth! I don’t hear any noise! Even my engine sounds much smoother. My car needs more work and I am so grateful to this team because I have them now to help me get my car back on track. I’m so thankful I have a team who is very knowledgeable, patient and on top of that very thorough. I have someone I can trust to explain my car issues and help me resolve them. Terrible work. The main manager, kept asking me questions about what we should do to fix my alternator which felt weird because I don’t know much about cars. I am not going to say they messed up my car engine or alternator, I’m just going to say when I went in it worked and when I left, I made it about 200 feet before my car engine cut in the middle of the road and I had to get towed back. Absolutely would not recommend and they also would not give me a refund after they messed up my car. 0/10 DO NOT COME HERE. If they say they can fix it it’s because they won’t refuse work not because they can actually fix it. And the cherry on top is the front desk lady tried to get me to give them a 5 star google review before they even gave me my keys back, so I am here to give them 1 star and if I could go lower I would. Other customers in the seating area that I was with also were frustrated and talking about how they were upset with the work here. Their policy says 100% satisfaction or refund, and this seems to be untrue. UPDATE: The review above is how I feel but I am choosing to leave out names and acknowledge that the manager did as much as he could to help. However, even though he did all that he could, it still sucked and left me with a broken car, which I had to get towed to another mechanic (out of my own pocket and wasn’t offered a solution) who was able to solve the problem fairly easily. I am not entitled to anything, and I understand I am not a mechanic, but a little bit of customer service would’ve been nice.
