This is a review for the Starbuckās off Hywy. 150 near Jasonās Deli. My complaint is about their service. I ordered a frappuccino at the counter. A family of 5-6 came behind me and also ordered. I noticed they began receiving their orders before I got mine and Iād been waiting longer. I was standing near the counter so I approached and kindly asked the woman who appeared to be in charge why hadnāt I gotten my order when Iād ordered first. She said mine was coming up. As I waited, more of their familyās orders continued to be made. When my drink was finally made I told her that it looked unfair and bad from a customerās perspective when later orders are made ahead of theirs. She said sometimes people order from an app. I told her that didnāt apply because I heard them order at the counter after me. Then she said some drinks take longer to make. That also wasnāt the issue because 2 Frappuccinos were made ahead of mine. It would have been better if sheād just apologized and not make excuses nor lie. They close almost everyday with no warning any time of the day with no explanation and no updated hours on the app. I have gone to this store multiple times under the impression that they are open only to find upon my arrival that they have yet again closed for the day. Lately they haven't even been opening until 1:30 in the afternoon. I am not sure what is going on at this store but it seems very poorly managed. Today I went to the store and went in to pick up a mobile order. I waited for 15 minutes while they made my drinks and then continued to wait for my food. All of the employees looked at me multiple times but no one ever asked what else I was waiting for. Ultimately I ended up asking for the rest of my order and, of course, it had been sitting behind the counter the entire time I was waiting but no one put it out with my order so I could take it. I was in the Drive-Thru today and there were only about five cars ahead of me, it took 40 minutes for me to get the coffee and refresher that I ordered. They waited till I got up to the drive-thru window to tell me that they were short staffed. As a courtesy in the future, you might want to let the customers know when they pull up to the speaker, that you are short staffed and it is going to take 30 plus minutes to receive your order. They only apologized and did not offer half price on their drinks or a courtesy freebie for my 40 minute wait. Super disappointed that I wasted so much time and couldn't leave the line because I was blocked in.
