Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! The last 4 times we ordered delivery or door dash, our order was messed up; one time the pizza wasnt even fully cooked! Other small things like they forgot extras we ordered, red pepper flakes, pepperoncinis etc (i know, our fault for coming back). We switched to pick up thinking the order method was the issue. They STILL messed it up. I called (upset) and wanted my money back. The "manager" only offered the couple dollars for the extras. He said "why would give you the whole amount back". I told him because of the repeated mess ups. He refused. He did offer to give the tip back too if i drove back up there to get it (what?!). He said i can call back Tuesday and speak with the GM. Why? So i could be met with the same lack of customer service?? These people obviously dont care enough about their jobs or customers to even complete an order correctly. Go somewhere else people and save yourself some...

Pizza seems to always be good. However, everytime we attempt to have a delivery, we are told we are out of the delivery zone. We are 7 miles away. It is a 13 min drive. Whichever employee answers says they have to get a manager. The manager says it is fine and will be fixed for future deliveries. Pizza is delievered. This has happened each and everytime we call, which at this point has to be nearing 25 times. Many periods of "on hold" waiting for a manager to go through the same thing time and time again. Last delivery we explained that this never seems to end and had a wonderful apologetic conversation with a manager who said she would fix it once and for all. Well tonight again and we tried to order and once again the same thing. Never again will we attempt to order from this establishment. I'm sorry, but...

The people who work here 95% of the time dont read the order requests for custom pizzas. Not to mention, if you are given a semi long wait time, just be prepared to wait over an hour for the food beyond the end of the initial estimate. Overall, the food is okay but the service is horrific. If you want an accurate and timely order, then this is not the store to order from. updating on my review as I had previously given this store a three star review for what was listed above. Due to poor treatment from someone complaining about my review, I have since decided I will no longer be returning to this store after being a regular for about two years. Note to everyone else: dont leave a bad review unless you wanna be treated...
