I ordered a whopper because there was a special in the app. I got the whopper and a lemonade. After waiting in drive-through I finally got to the window and had the bag shoved at me with my drink. I figured they were just rushing and I blew it off. I parked in the shade and opened my burger to see it was plain... no lettuce, tomatoes or anything else. Just the patty on the bun with imitation looking cheese. The number on the wrapper did not match my receipt. I had gotten someone else's order. I went back around through drive-through because I'm handicapped and this is easier for me than trying to walk it back in the lobby. At the speaker I told them I just picked up my order and it was wrong. After waiting in line in drive-through I finally get back to the window. By this time my drink was empty. The lady who originally took my order wouldn't even look at me. She kept her head down. I handed her my receipt and the burger. I asked if I could get a refill on my drink... nothing. A manager showed up and the runner who brings the food and they all three are trying to figure out what happened. I again asked for a refill and offered to pay for it... nothing. I finally got my correct burger and once more asked for a refill... again I was put on ignore. I grabbed my bag, said nevermind, and drove away... Customer Service is not one of their...
Read moreI ordered a Whopper from the app, special for $3.00, and a drink. After waiting in line behind 3 cars, I got to the window. I got my order and parked under a shade tree to enjoy my Whopper. I had gotten someone else's sandwich. My order was #61, and the wrapping had #62 written on it. A plain whopper with just meat and cheese. I went back to yhe drive through and informed them of the mix-up. I used the drive-through because I'm handicapped and it's just easier than going inside. I was 4 cars back and was finishing my drink. By the time I got to the window, it was empty. The lady would not look at me and kept looking down. She took the burger and was having the replacement gathered up. I asked if I could get a refill on my drink, but she ignored me. A member of management and the guy who expedited my burger are now standing there. I again asked for a refill and offered to pay for it... nothing. My burger finally arrived, and I again asked for a refill. The window was open the entire time, and she just refused to acknowledge me, let alone look at me. I was handed my burger and once again asked for a refill... nothing. I said nevermind and drove away. Orders get mixed up on occasion, I understand that, but what made matters worse is that I felt like I was being ignored and given the brush off. Poor...
Read moreOn 01/15 about 7:15 or 7:30pm some People Came Got Some Food The Food Was Hot and fresh the young lady greeted us when we came in welcome us to Burger King which I thought was very nice she is a very nice polite kind-hearted person I don't know her name but she's very nice and she make sure that the orders are right I visit this Burger King I'll call at my Burger King so I was so glad to see when they did an upgrade on it it was very nice and clean and there and I really really enjoyed being in there again I like everything about this Burger King I hope the little bitty short woman they got in there with change her attitude because she's very mean harsh talking if she's at the window she's nasty but I don't know if y'all have hired her back. and some people all deserve Second Chances unfortunately she's had three four and five chances but that's your business to hire and keep who you want as long as you keep the young lady that took my order last night that was at 7:39 p.m. I'm in Hot Springs Arkansas and that's the Burger King that they have just upgraded on Grand Avenue and I really enjoyed my experience with them last night as a matter of fact all of us did it was about four or five of us that went in and got food so that's me my name is Patricia Barron enjoying...
