Trex Fun Spot Go Karts — Local services in Hot Springs

This was my very first time in Hot Springs and we were super excited for a night of family fun.. we walked through the door and never even got greeted.. after about 20 minutes of just standing at the ticket desk, I still could not even tell whom, if anyone was even there working and helping guests.. as a person that works closely with the general public everyday.. every guest that enters a business door should atleast be entitled to a proper greeting.. in my own opinion.. even a “high guys I’m working alone tonight but hang tight and I’ll be right with you” would of sufficed.. i am left feeling highly unacknowledged, unwelcomed, and disappointed to say the least.. i eventually walked out.. I will say I’ve never attempted to make a transaction with such an unconventional and unprofessional business.. I would say this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had.. but I never even had the pleasure of having an experience.. as someone that works with people daily, i do understand things happen and sometimes we are short staffed and need just a little understanding and patience so i typically would frown upon making a public review but I’m appalled.. the most upsetting situation was watching my kids face go from completely stoked about doing something they’d never done before to completely crushed.. This place was gross!!! We had a few sketchy things happen and I asked for a refund because we wanted to leave and they would not. My daughter needed to use the restroom while she was up on the ropes course and they told her she wouldn't be able to go back up afterwards. We were the only ones there. So I asked if there was a manager or someone I could speak to after they repeatedly told me she couldn't. Finally they let her but then told her she only had 10 minutes left when she went back. No one ever said anything about a time limit after I paid $17 per child JUST for the ropes course. I was highly irritated. The bathroom was disgusting. Staff was not very friendly, nor organized. Most of the arcade was out of order. Very confusing as to wear to go to begin with, you have to go to 1 building then back to a different building which seems like an old run down hotel. The card reader was hanging from wires on the post. We had a wreck on the go carts and it took the staff forever to realize there was something wrong.
