Did like the server she had an attitude told us it was because she had a long day at work. Okay I understand but we didn't do her anything. We didn't get any refills and my kids ordered the 2 for 25$ and made their chooses. When it was time to pay my oldest daughter asked about their dessert and the server said we don't have any dessert and the kitchen is closed " that why I only charged you for the 2 for 22$. She said they had been put of dessert before we came. My question is why would you not say that up front?!? Then she told us we had to pay on the kiosk it it wasn't working properly...it had froze and you couldn't click on anything. So we told her and she said with an attitude what you mean it does work. Then she came over after we waited on her to finish sweeping as if her time was way more valuable than ours. So then she switched it to another kiosk for my brother and his family. We had to wait until my brother finish to us the same kiosk but then he was over charged and not was taking entirely to long. So I asked if I could pay through her she said no my manager get mad if you don't pay on the device. We had been to Magic Springs all day and we were so tired and ready to go. I asked the server could I please speak with a manager so I could pay and go. How about now she could run our card herself without the manager. She told us if she did it she would get in trouble and now she was doing it. I said oh no don't do it because you gone get in trouble. She said my manager will be okay. I honestly believe she was lying the entire time about getting in trouble because she did it without a care in the world as if she wasn't going to get in trouble. The reasons this review gets only 4 stars is first off when you walk in it usually takes about 3-5 minutes for them to seat you. The next reason is that often times there are twenty booths and tables available but you have to wait to be seated for some reason I know they say it is the waiters schedule but just move it around and you can seat a lot more people I have actually walked out of here 5 times in the last two years becuase of that reason and everytime there are at least five tables or booths available. Next is the wait you have to wait a long time for the food. Granted its not to bad because I enjoy sitting there in but for most people I think that would be annoying. The two main reasons however I am leaving off a star and actually considered leaving off two is that one I asked for a rare steak when I ate here and I got a medium steak not medium rare medium. Next when the waitress came by she said how is everything I said the food tastes good but the steak is definitely not rare and she just said "sorry" and walked off and never mentioned it again I thought that was very rude. Read moreHi we are just visiting Hot Springs for 5 days during Spring Break. Went here Monday evening for a pickup order and everything was great. We got home and the food was good,warm and nothing was wrong with the order except they ran out of apple juice so I switched for cranberry juice. Great experience overall. Today we were pretty close so we decided to order again on our way back to the hotel. This time was a different experience. Picked up the food a few minutes early but one order wasn’t ready yet so they brought it out to the car a few minutes later no problem at all we were already a few minutes early. The food was brought out to our car and I checked to make sure everything was there real quick and we headed out. Once we got to the hotel we realized that the apple juice had been substituted with orange juice and the corn we ordered wasn’t there. We were really hungry but no big deal. We sat down to eat and realized the chipotle shrimp bowl we ordered wasn’t shrimp but chicken. My wife doesn’t eat chicken. I opened my bacon ranch chicken quesadilla and it looked completely different than the one I had on Monday. This one looked like the kids version. It had bacon but there was much less chicken bacon and cheese. Then there was no ranch in my order just sour cream and Pico.
