😔 ✌️ 🍳 ☕ I got Dunked by Dunkin 😂😣 I was really looking forward to having a new place for breakfast sandwiches through a drive thru... I got the $6 deal, you get a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, hash browns, and a medium coffee . And not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, it was burnt, with the wrong cheese that I made clear twice I had wanted instead, and I paid extra for bacon that was also not on the sandwich. And I hate to be a karen, but the sandwich was bland and paradoxically, simultaneously soggy- with the missing extra bacon 🥓 I felt like I was simply eating burnt, bland, soggy bread. The hash browns are pretty good, I'll give them that. I got their hot house blended coffee that honestly tasted watered down with little coffee flavor through the oatmilk and caramel. That said, they also didn't hand me my drink in a way that was obvious so I drove off without getting my drink, leading me to have to go park and go inside. (I think most of us are used to: pay, get drink, get food, go. I got my food and was given, "there ya go" implying I've received my items. Not entirely her fault, but with anxiety and a general nonchalant attitude and her being nonverbal when trying to converse cheerfully with her it was pretty easy to drive off with anxiety, the long impatient line, and her statement...I think we've all been there). I was given this reply when going back inside to retrieve my drink: "I wondered why you'd do that." 👁️-👁️ Customer service is lacking. 👀 Not a very good experience, not very good food, and I feel like I wasted my money on everything but the hash browns. I've also got to say- maybe I'm just behind on the times, even though I'm not all that old- $1 for a single shot of espresso seems a little bit high... aren't most places 50/75¢? Excited for Houghton to get new and upcoming places; I really hope that the customer service and their food greatly improves. 🙏 As of now, I would not recommend them and would honestly send someone over to McDonald's for the food and Cyberia for a properly hot mixed coffee thru their confident Drive-Thru just up the way. 😔 ✌️ 🍳 ☕ I got Dunked...

First time I walked in was Christmas day before 2:00. The only reason I know what time it was was because I looked at the time before walking in. We stood there for 10 minutes with out even being acknowledged. Finely a gal walked up to us and abruptly told us "I'm sorry but we were supposed to be closed an hour ago!" And walked away. (mind you this would have made closing time 1:00 PM) The sign on the door said 2 PM and we were there before that. We left and drove back to Hancock and told my family how we were treated and what was said. My son-in-law looked at his phone said that's funny cause they just closed 3 minutes ago. The point of all this? There are better ways to say your closed. We were there before closing time. If you are closed lock your door so more people can't walk in. They do make doors that have a one way lock so people can leave but not come back in. I realize it was the holiday. If you don't like working holidays get a different job. I work in the medical field. I've work every other holiday for years. I worked all the way through covid while she was sitting in the safety of her home. I'm sorry but you don't treat people the way we were treated that day. Big B coffee will continue to recieve my business. At least there you are not treated like crap. GREAT FIRST...

This Dunkin’ Donuts has the nicest bunch of people working the manager. Emma is so sweet. She’s always bubbly and happy and everyone that works with her is happy to. She’s a great leader and she deserves to be recognized as well as all the staff that work there I always look forward to stopping in every day And everybody knows what I want, which is awesome so I just want to give a shout out to everybody that works there. You guys are amazing and I love coming in and visiting. I think everybody deserves a raise.
