Café Paris — Restaurant in Houston

Okay. So magnolia hotel sucks. Not because it isn't beautiful and nice, but because the service sucks. So so understaffed. The only reason i change my mind on my review is because of cafe paris. Specifically whoever the heck made me the most delicious avocado toast this morning. So if you're out there, whoever you are, the guys working sunday july 9th 2023 at like 9:30 am, you are my heroes. It was so so so good. Whole wheat toast with a PERFECTLY smashed avocado that filled all the corners evenly and this cute little round fried egg on top.... It blew my mind. Simple, but, now i lay here in bed the same night at 10:52 pm back in austin near tears because i NEED avocado toast RIGHT THIS SECOND and am scouring apple maps to find it to no avail. (Specifically someone who will make me some tomorrow before 8am) I need this avocado toast more than oxygen right now. So to the sweet french man who made my avocado toast this morning, you have my heart and soul. I would sell both my kidneys and my right lung for another plate of avocado toast...

You guys! This is a really nice place to eat. Interior takes me home in Europe. It is intimate, great place for a date. Pleasant music. We are eating breakfast , crepes with nutella, banana and strawberry and crepes with strawberries roasted pecan and caramel. Soooo delicious. It is a big size crepe too! They serve Segafredo coffee. Love it! Also have nondairy milk for the coffee. They also have a little area for convenience items such as head ache medication shaving cream and such and some souvenirs . After yesterday’s bad experience with a double booked airbnb trying to find a place at 9pm this was such a positive experience, thanks for the wonderful service. We ordered 2 chicken pesto paninis from Cafe Paris, via UberEats. Of the 2 paninis ordered, both (2) had HAIR in them!! We only noticed this after we had each eaten almost half of our paninis, which lacked flavor altogether. I opened mine up to season and doctor it up, and noticed a short, straight hair; when the second one was opened, we saw a long, curly hair!! I shot photos and submitted to UberEats. Outside of the awful experience, I wish I could at least say that the paninis were tasty. This was not the case - they were cold and simplistic and looked like sandwiches a kid could make. This was the first and, most certainly, is the LAST TIME we will ever order...
