Zero stars. Do not recommend. Health code violations that need to be reported and extremely bad service that is not on brand for Creamistry. Placed two orders. My daughter asked for a vanilla and strawberry ice cream cone and the woman told her she couldn’t mix the flavors on the cone and would have to give her the other separately. This makes NO sense. So when my kids get their orders, we decide to stay and that’s when all confusion starts with the guy asking if my daughter had gotten her strawberry ice cream . We were the last patrons to be served and no other guests had placed any orders after us. So, someone else is calling my daughter asking her if she got her strawberry ice cream then she walks over then walks back without the ice cream and is asked again and gets the ice cream. After she has eaten a couple of spoonfuls of the ice cream, the Asian girl and guy are frantically trying to figure out what happened. Instead of apologizing for their error, she rudely says we got the wrong ice cream and can we bring it back. We are seated, I say she already starting eating it you want me to bring it back? This was encountered with more rudeness. I’m confused and no one seems to know what’s going on. How many people does it take to get an order right? So, the only guy who was there rudely says you were given the wrong one since she already starting eating it what you’re going to do is pay for the other one also. He was so condescending and rude that I would’ve asked for a full refund but figured I would just follow up with the manager, no one wanted to give his name . They didn’t want to make the ice cream over acted very annoyed and were going to give the ice cream that my daughter had already eaten to another patron who had walked in. I called them out on how unsanitary this was and how it was a health violation but they didn’t care. After I made a fuss, they told the gentleman they were making him a new ice cream which is what they should’ve done from the beginning and apologized for messing up. No accountability and this is what I get for going to this location instead of my regular . As someone who is an owner in the food industry, J am still appalled at the lack of food safety and lack of education, knowledge and gall that they really were going to reserve this to another patron. Be wary going here. I’m contacting the health department because this is the craziest thing I’ve witnessed and the service was equally bad as all of the bad reviews say. No wonder why it’s empty. Every business in this shopping center has customers but this one. With these attitudes they...

When I walked in, I saw four workers doing absolutely nothing. Nevertheless, it took more than thirteen or so minutes for me to get my order (keep in mind, no one else was at the store). My brother and I ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea creation, and the cashier, who I assume was in training barely understood us. The tapioca/boba part of the drink was a weird texture, which is understandable, considering how it is affected by temperature, but why even add boba if it will not be the best quality? The sizes are not even large, and it was $15.06. I understand that Creamistry relies on making a big show of the ice cream production process, but it is difficult to enjoy the show if three workers are slouching around, waiting for customers while the other worker looks annoyed as she makes your order. The syrup from the toppings dripped everywhere. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. The only reason why it barely deserves three stars is due to my past experiences...

The place was nice the staffs were very friendly. However, my kid has nuts allergy and we ordered her an ice cream without any nuts. She had bad allergic reaction afterwards. It could be worse and we could end up in the hospital.

So warning to all parents to let the staffs know that your kid has food allergy so that they can use different ingredient, spoons, or whatever it might be. But the toppings in those open containers might already be contaminated since it's not a nut free facility.

Also, I ordered milk coffee flavor but got ice cream that looks like chocolate flavor. So I confirmed with one of the staff and he said it was coffee. Since the ice cream was super creamy and rich and on top of that I added brownie bowl and hot fudge, I thought my taste buds were not working right, lolz. If that happen to you, don't hesitate to approach the cashier. I'm sure they would make...

Nice place. Nice experience. However, I have had better nitrogen ice cream.. I ordered a salted caramel ice cream (which tasted like vanilla with absolutely no salt at all), and the brownie pieces were nice I just wish it had more and that it were fresh. I wanted waffle cone pieces too but they refused to break the waffle cone... I asked for a caramel sauce on top but it really lacked that signature caramel flavor & color... Dulce de leche would’ve been perfect but they do not offer that... but despite all of that, I’ll give them credits for providing super fast service and for serving super creamy/cold ice cream that does not melt quickly because I just hate when that happens... Overall I would come back if I were in the Houston area and I would recommend it! Just don’t expect to get a salted caramel flavor if you order that of the caramel sauce hahah ... the cookies & cream is way better.

As others have noted, the ice cream is a pricey but it's all fresh, organic, and oh so smooth. Two people could probably share a small, which would handle that pesky price issue. For the lactose intolerant and vegans, they also have a coconut base, which is, unfortunately, still missing from other creameries. My three-star rating has nothing to do with quality, price, or service. The ice cream itself just isn't very flavorful. The three of us who went together all felt that it was pretty bland. The strongest flavor we had was the tiramisu, but that's a lot of coffee flavored ice cream to try to finish. I'd still rank Fat Cat Creamery in the Heights above this place--although their lactose-free options are much more limited.
