Post Oak Shopping Center — Local services in Houston

My wife and I went to this store last night and got humiliated by its sale person. I asked one of the staff that what if the furniture got some scratch or dent-most furniture at display have this issue-when it is delivered. Instead of addressing my concern directly, the staff asked about where we were from, and whether this was our first time to buy furniture here. Then he talked about how successful and competitive this store is compared to others. I admitted that we actually do not have much furniture purchasing experience in the US, and even said sorry if some question may seem naive. I did not give up-It was obviously a mistake in hindsight-and asked my previous question again. The sale person then ridiculed me and told me that the scenario of my question is not likely happen. He eventually answered my question by asking me "why do you think you will be that 1% people?"I have no idea why we got treated this way, since both my wife and I are humble people. But at least two things I learned from this experience. First, never walk into this store again, or any its subsidiary and affiliate. Living in the area it easy access to all the restaurant shopping and everything else that’s going on in the neighborhood it’s just great to be able to walk to the store and I want to go shopping. I just go across the street if I want something good to eat I just walk over I drive up and don’t have feel I want to go to the gym. I can do that as well. Eliana's was amazing. From the atmosphere to the person who fiynd a way to fit me in (I was a walk in). Then the one I had been emailing met with me and guided me to the wash area.
