I love that this part is inside of the conservatory galleria where you have other food spots so it's great for happy hour or go to lunch with coworkers. My favorite dish from the Peruvian cuisine is definitely ceviche. I ordered it here and it's so fresh I asked for it spicy and yes it was spicy but so so good that I couldn't stop eating. I tried the agua de maracuya, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me—it tasted pretty artificial which can sometimes be tasty but this one wasn't. I also wish they had aji verde sauce to pair with the lomo saltado but it's no biggie.
You order at the counter and then sit at the tables down below in the center of the food court. It's really cute and a place where you can get...
