Trinh or Trish (she went by Trinh on Facebook and the photos of "her" work said Trish) advertised a special on Facebook for Microblading. I expressed my interest and she contacted me. She sent me photos of "her" work and set up an appointment with me. The night before my appointment she messeged me to ask if we could move the appointment later on in the day the next day. I agreed. The day of the appointment she messeged me less than an hour before the appointment to tell me she had a family emergency and cancelled. We rescheduled and I messeged her yesterday to confirm the appointment. I could see she viewed the message but did not respond. I messeged her again today and she finally responded, less than 24 hours in advance, that she was sorry and could not make it. This however is not the worst part. Her lack of professionalsm had me wondering about the business she is running out of this establishment so I tried to search for more pictures of her work on Instagram and I came upon a microblade professional in Florida named Trish. This is how I discovered that the pictures that Trinh/Trish sent me were taken from the Trish in Florida's profile. I contacted the Trish in Florida and she confirmed she was not the same person. I feel very uncomfortable with this kind of deceit and hope to warn anyone who is thinking about letting this individual apply permanent...
