A sweet dream turned into a NIGHTMARE! I had been looking to treat my mother to Xeomin injections & I was referred to this beauty spa by a relative who spoke highly of this place and their services. I called and even prior to booking an appointment I asked the front desk if Xeomin was offered which I was told they did and was sold. The day of the appointment front desk was pleasant and spa was very welcoming. I like to go in room with my mother to make sure everything goes to plan and off the rip I sense Jocelyn the injector did not like that much. As the paying customer I’m going to make sure my mom is well taken care of. While we were in the room we discussed with Jocelyn the areas that my mom was interested in getting injected Jocelyn stepped out the room shortly after that and it was during that time the receptionist brought a phone and told us it was a doctor on the line that wanted to ask my mom some questions. During that conversation she asked my mom health related questions, never named Xeomin or anything other product. When the convo was done my mom walked the phone out the room back to the front desk. As Joycelyn makes her way back in the room I wanted reassurance about my mother getting Xeomin which she assured me that it was. Three days later my mom has the worst lumps around the area where she got injected in her forehead, eyes swollen, eyelids swollen and itchy. Her eyes were very watery as if she had allergies. The best think I could advice my mom was to take some allergy medicine because she was looking terrible. I called galleria asthetics on the 6 day and they adviced me to bring my mom over once again to have her checked out. This is were red flags 🚩 for all you readers begin because It wasn’t until they checked my mom out that we were informed that they did not use Xeomin!!! They told us my mom had been injected with daxxify which I did not sign my mother up for. Then told us they hadn’t had Xeomin since December so whoever took my appointment should have known, but that daxxify is same thing as Xeomin ( which is not by the way) they even went beyond correlating Gucci and Louis Vuitton I guess trying to imply that they are the same thing and either one is fine. So if they put it like that, I want my mom to have Louis Vuitton and that’s what IM paying for then I want my mother to have Louis Vuitton ( because Gucci and Louis Vuitton are not the same) They also questioned us saying how would we know if she would react to Xeomin the same way if we’ve never done it before. It’s the principle behind , had my mom not had an “allergic reaction “ we would have been believe to have had Xeomin this whole time. Had I not had concern about my moms health we would have been bamboozled! I understand procedures like these have reactions, clients are different. This isn’t our first rodeo with beauty injections and for them to not proving the actual product I’m paying for and lie about it is not cool! Now everyone is trying to cover themselves up by saying that it was verbally discuss with us what product was going to be use on my mother. Basically calling my mother and myself liers . This wasn’t a cheap produce might I add , Xeomin and daxxify are not the same thing and as I have stated if Xeomin is what I’m paying for thats what I want! Don’t have people thinking it is when it’s not! If you are a client or thinking of trying them out have them show you the products that you are paying for!!

Dr Marjon the point here is that we were there for XEOMIN NOT DAXXIFY. You want to keep the focus on the side effects, which is not what we are upset about. The fact that your staff was not HONEST on the type of toxin Is the POINT here…… Still not addressing and taking ownership of the fact that YOUR staff did not let us know in advance that it was not xeomin was not going to be administered. As far as the family member stating “ I love your clinic” ect was in correlation to her experience prior to referring us to your clinic, hence why I decided to take my...
Read moreI have been calling for a month now leaving messages, because this place changed owners/names and I was trying to get information on a package I purchased with the previous owners. They kept telling me they would call me back, but never did. I called again today and the person who I spoke with was very rude and told me I needed to write a letter to the old med spa and they couldn't do anything about it. I was only trying to get my old package that I spent $600 on and possibly purchase a new package and try this new place out, but the person on the phone (a woman) was very dismissive and annoyed. If you are closing your business or being bought out, and have previous customers, it would be nice to have a heads up on the services that I spent quite a bit of money on.
Update -- I was finally called back, ONLY AFTER I left my Google review, by the manager (a male) to complain and yell at me for leaving a one star review. I explained that I had called multiple times and I had yet to receive a call. To be clear, my review was NOT for any of the services or aestheticians working here as I have yet to visit this new place for any of their services. It was for the customer service and lack of response. I did get two calls (back to back) by the Manager yelling at me for being unfair to a business I haven't worked with. He would not even let me speak...he kept arguing and yelling at me. While I understand that this is a different business, an angry call back by the general manager (only after I reviewed) was extremely unprofessional. I am sure they are great, until you leave a one star review, then they will become aggressive. They also keep threatening me...
Read moreI have visited this establishment before, but it had been a few years since my last visit due to the original injector leaving to start her own practice. Despite this, I decided to give it another chance. Today, I had a consultation about fillers with Jocelyn. I found her to be unprofessional as she remained seated the entire time and kept her distance from me during the consultation. She came across as cold and standoffish, and she did not even conduct an examination of the area of my concern; instead, she told me to get a mirror off the table myself lol. I explained that I only needed a touch-up and not a full correction because I am preparing for implants, so I am experiencing hollowness and sunken areas on my face, leading to an uneven appearance. One syringe was enough. However, she refused to treat me lol. The establishment still feels very cold, old, and outdated, with a clientele mostly consisting of individuals over 60. There are better injectors available at more modern and up-to-date establishment with techniques that fits today’s trend. I left there and went to another injector in the area and they treated my area of concern with no problem. Now my face looks well balanced and even.. I love it. Don’t go to old...
