Most of what we got was great but the xiao long bao / soup dumplings were the stand-out favorite. I liked the spicy pork the best even though it wasn't spicy. The truffle soup dumplings were delicious and unique, but I'm not sure they are worth the price premium. The dumplings have a large amount of soup and have thin skins. You have to be careful to eat them while still hot so they don't stick to the paper and break. I'd come here just for the xiao long bao.
The green beans were really good; cooked and seasoned well. The scallion pancake was good and on par with other places. I'm not sure how I feel about the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it.
The mapo tofu was the only miss. It lacked the essential mapo flavor. The sauce was bland and diluted.

The food was impeccable. We had the complementary crab ragoons to start, for signing up for the loyalty program. It has been hard to find good crab ragoons but they have perfected them!
We ordered sesame chicken (great taste but maybe a little tough if I had to find a critique), the pork buns (SO GOOD!!!!!!!), soup dumplings (YUM!), the beef noodle soup (beef was soooo tender, had a lil spice to it), and the green beans 🤤. On the table, there’s soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chili oil to make a dipping sauce.
My personal FAVS were the green beans and the pork buns. We’ll be back 1000x just for those two dishes.
To drink we had water, coke, and the lychee tea. Lychee tea was delightful without being too sweet, and the refills for coke were perfectly on time.
We loved our first time, even my 2 year old was eating everything. We will...
