Just popped in to get 3 orders of brussel sprouts to go that I’ve been feigning for four months and wowwww!!!! What a HUGE disappointment!!!!! It’s lunchtime, 12:30p with a sprinkle of customers and I got the worst tasting sprouts ever. Not only that, there’s barely any in any of the containers!! I don’t care if it costs $3, there should be an adequate amount AND not taste like sauce on cardboard. The chips and salsa tastes better. I called the restaurant and complained to the manager.Tbh, it didn’t seem like he really cared. I figured as much because he was not the friendliest when I came there. However, the front cashier was super sweet. I’m accustomed to the wonderful service and food at the City Centre location and from now on, only they will get my business. Disgusting food!! Do better!

Great place for Mexican food. The ambience is nice. The service was awesome! I wish I'd remembered the waiter's name. Started with an 'i'. He patiently answered all questions I had. This was 2/21 lunch. Food was tasty. They had a separate vegetarian menu! That is so considerate for those looking for vegetarian options. The separate kids menu has good options as well. They just need to have it on something better than printed on flimsy paper and cut in a haphazard manner. My wife had the veggie tacos. She said they were very good. I had the Mexican chopped salad. That was quite good as well. Got a kids chicken taco for my son. This was good but for kids the taco needs to be more like a taco and less like an enchilada. This is the one thing that they need to work on.

Let’s start with the IMPECCABLE service from our waiter! I mean top tier! They was amazing. I forget their name but they wore black glasses & had black nail polish. Supper sweet ! The atmosphere was a good chill vibe. The food was ok. The best thing I had was the chips and salsa! The salsa was great if you love spicy food. I had the blackened fish and a small margarita (do not get the small go straight for the large. I should have listened to the waiter lol) . The fish was bland, the radish slaw mix on top the fish over powered the fish. I took it off & added the salsa from the chips. The drinks were really tasty to me. The people I dined with stated that theirs was a bit on the sour side. I did not mind it. The prices are fair.

Worst experience I have ever had . This was my first time ever coming here. I came in the restaurant on May, 5 2024. I tried going to the bar. I know it was going to be packed because it was cinco de Mayo. But I looked around and they had plenty tables available. I went to the host area and asked can I be seated. He asked was I with anyone I confirmed no just me. He looked around and told me I can switch anywhere. I was like are you sure? He confirmed yes. So I sat at a table where I saw waiters go through there. I sat there for a moment and asked 2 waiters for a menu because no one gave me one. I was seating for a moment at this point. I'm getting a bit frustrated because I'm seeing tables in the area being serviced and they came in after me. Then 5 minutes later and asked me what was going on. I was a bit shock because I wasn't making any complaints, I just asked for a menu. She stated I had to seat someone else because there is a two hour wait and his is a 5 seater. I asked why did ur host tell me different? I looked around and outside the restaurant and there's no line, sign up seat, or even someone with a tablet logging ppl in. I complied and moved to a smaller table. Had to be moved from that table because they sat me under a large pipe that over my table that was leaking water all over the table that could possibly get in my food and drink. I was then sat at another table and receive a menu 5 minutes late. At that point I realized that it took 45-50 minutes for me to get a menu. Should have certainly left at this point but I was starting to get sleepy and tired. I work over nights, got off that morning and didn't realize how late it was. So now I'm hangry( hungry and angry) and trying not to fall asleep. I finally get a drink, and order my food. The food was okay. I was happy that there was so much minced garlic on the dish. It didn't confirm On the menu that it was gonna be topped with so much garlic. I basically had to scrape it off. I definitely laughed and didn't even finish my drink. Just needed a booster energy so that I can make it back home safely since I was so tired. Definitely will not come back here again and if I know anyone, I will never recommend it. Just a terrible experience, overall starting from the host, To the waiter/Waitress staff, To management. I have been working, but I would definitely be calling Corporate in regards to the matter. Also, the whole time I was there, no one was ever seated at that table that I was...

We went in to celebrate my brother's birthday. Before I begin I would like to go on record to say that our waitress that we had that day was absolutely amazing so amazing to the point that I told her manager that if he did not give her a raise I was going to hire her at my establishment And take her from him! Now let's talk about the food. I am an avid Supporter of cyclone Anaya in city center and I absolutely love it. We decided to visit the location in Midtown and I will tell you it was absolutely horrible. I will say that we were a party of 13 However the establishment was not busy at all there may have been about 4 people at the bar and 3 other 2 party couples in the restaurant when we arrived period period although there were plenty of space inside of the building they set us in the back corner with no air conditioner and no air flow period. After placing our orders it took an hour and 15 minutes in order for our drinks to come out do them only having 1 person working at the bar. Everyone knows that cyclone is famous for therePerfect jumbo margaritaso that's what the majority order frozen that is period when the drinks came out they were frothy at the topBut not frozen and instead of the bartender explaining to the waitress that the machine was not working properly she made the drinks as is and told her to serve themIt then took an additional hour for our food to come out of the kitchenI not only did it take that longThe food was some overcooked some undercooked and absolutely unservableAfter speaking with the manager he stated thatThey have different processes at their location I could go on and on but they were probably shut it down that manager didn't even assist his workers and when I tell you that our waitress handled every single table in that establishment while the other workers just walked around and looked at each other it was absolutely absurd. Please note that I do not hold cyclone a nice establishment as a whole responsible but I do think that you should go check on that location city center will be back soon.

I also fail to mention that they overcharge some of us Full-sized portions when we only had halves of certain meals but we paid it because we were ready to go and we loved...

Thieves.

I went to cyclone anayas to eat dinner and have a drink and was extremely disappointed because I’ve been to their location in the woodlands and that had set high expectations for this restaurant organization. To begin with I told my waitress to give me a moment for my drink order because I hadn’t decided yet and she got everyone else’s order at my table but never came back to me and everyone else had gotten their drinks I had to flag her down to put in my order, 15 minutes later she comes back to me with my frozen margarita all watered down. I then order my dish which was tacos al carbon and I told her I was okay with all the sides it comes with and I never received my charro beans. She comes back later to the table with another margarita and insisted I had ordered another one when I had told her earlier I was okay that I did not want another drink and even if I did had ordered another one the 2nd one she brought me was watered down too as if she couldn’t bring drinks on a timely manner without it watering down. Once it was time to pay I gave cash and the bill had already included gratuity and I didn’t appreciate how she automatically kept the change from the cash I gave her as so assuming I was going to give her a tip on top of her gratuity given the mediocre service I received. I’ve been a food service worker before I understand that tips is how they make a livelihood but please at least bring the change back to show respect and if the patrons then feel like you did an exceptional service they can tip on top of gratuity but in this instance I would’ve rather kept my change but I was fed up and just ready to leave. I hope in the future that waitress doesn’t steal from...
