Tonight we placed an order for pizzas online around 5pm. We had an eta of delivery 5:38. Fast forward, 6:10, the pizza was still being made per the pizza tracker on the app. No problem, it was raining and we understand. The pizza arrives at 6:28pm. We look and notice a pizza is missing. We contact the branch, and was on hold for a few minutes- ok- no problem once again. A rep gets on the phone, my husband explains we are missing a pizza (kiddos already at the table to eat) and they state it will be 2 hours before another pizza could be made and delivered. Hmmm, say what? They again say it will be 2 hours, they are short staffed and cannot get it any sooner. My husband asked to speak to the manager in which they said they were making pizzas. They stated we could not speak to the manager but could relay a message thru the person on the phone with the manager. We explain we can’t wait 2 hours, we have already waited 1.5 hours. The manager said we will just refund you the pizza- that’s not what we wanted because we had kiddos ready to eat. My husband says what if we pick it up, they said ok that will be fine- 45 minutes. Ok.... fast forward, we send our daughter to pick up the pizza and they then say- oh we told your dad we were refunding the pizza. What in the world is going on at this establishment. Who is in charge? What in the what? I’ve not seen such horrible customer service in a very long time. I suppose Dominoes isn’t suffering during this pandemic? We asked for the District Managers number and was told just to contact 1800-Dominoes. We will be deleting our app of this business and sticking with Papa John’s Pizza in the future. Classless treatment. We understand mistakes happen, but as the business, there should be some sort of apology and a let’s make this right attitude. Not a oh well, we messed up but you pay the price. We didn’t even want a refund. We wanted the pizza and to watch movies with our kiddos. We looked forward to that all day. Now it’s 7:42pm, and our daughter is still driving home...
Read moreWe used to get pizza here quite often for pick up and never had an issue until our last order we wanted delivery because it was late and we had company. Placed my order online and shortly after I received a call and was told that they don't deliver to our apartment. They told us there is another one down the street that is supposed to deliver to us. I thought it was weird at first because that was the only location the website would let us order from. We cancelled the order and I lost my coupon for a free pizza. I called the other location just in case so I wouldn't just be spending money. They told us no, the original location we ordered from is assigned to us and I need to call and figure out what the issue is. I called the original location back and was told " we no longer deliver to those apartments due to safety reasons, but we aren't sure what those safety reasons are"... Well why couldn't you just say that from the begining instead of giving me the run-around and saying someone else is zoned to us when they aren't. If we were told from the beginning the truth then we would have just changed it for pick up, but no. I will not be...

The customer service here is the absolute WORST!! Every single time I’ve been here to pick up an order, they take forever, which is why I end up getting free pizzas! Today was just enough… I had an in-store pickup and NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE would get my order… they all kept doing what they were doing… walking around… one of them even laughing knowing I was just standing there! After over 10 minutes of just standing there and about to walk out, some girl comes and asks what the name was. She gets my order, charges, doesn’t even tell me the amount, which I already knew anyway, and grabs her phone and starts texting! Sitting there waiting on her, and she finally puts her phone down to say, “oh!.. you’re done!” So, I asked, “No receipt?” She replies, “No, just the one with the pizza.” Ha!
