Update: Since my last experience at this location, not only has the management changed but the district management has made great improvements not only in communication but the way customers are served and treated. My experiences at this location have been nothing short of customer service friendly and I haven't had any bad encounters since. Not to mention my matchas have been coming out amazing every time!

As I sit here in this location, I'm pretty much making this my last time coming to this particular location. I am an avid Dunkin' goer and have made the Ella location my go-to, but because of the type of work I do, I sometimes find myself at different sides of town. I've had other locations reconcile and I am always trying to help by providing valuable feedback to district managers to help Dunkin' become a premium option for Houston, since I am 100% anti-Starbucks. Needless to say, I much rather bike 20+ minutes to the Ella location then to this Dunkin' on Yale, even though it's only a 5 minute bike ride. Their drinks are not only beyond inconsistent (see picture, it's not even full) but if you dare make a complaint about the drink you got, or ask for a remake (politely), your met with a rude and obnoxious manager (long hair/glasses) who will defend the inconsistency and tell you you're wrong for wanting it done your way. That was my first experience at this Dunkin. For this reason, I don't even ask for a remake at this location anymore, or make any complaints because it'll go unheard. Besides that, last time I was here I had a young lady managing the entire front by herself, with one girl scrambling to make orders in the back. One was wearing another fast food chain Tshirt and they were both stressed. They had me order and pay at the pickup window, and they had to stretch the cord of their payment system to me so I could tap pay. I got a lot of stretching done that day. They even got my drink order completely wrong, which they correctly very quickly as they were gaining a line inside and outside, drive through.

I was extremely patient because I could tell that management had failed them and it's not their fault. Things happen.

On that note, sometimes the employees will be on their phones doing absolutely nothing. Other times, they are working and trying to create an experience. It's a hit or miss. But it shouldn't...

Just left from this location. Incident happened around 9:50 AM on July 3rd 2022. Just witnessed the worst management I think I've ever seen.

It was a really busy morning which is why I decided to order inside instead of waiting in the drive thru line. The store manager was yelling and disrespecting her employees in front of a crowded store. Reasons being they're letting the phone ring (they're extremely busy) and one of the employees wearing a headset wasn't responding on it. Trivial. The store manager was clearly stressed and was lashing out on her employees as a result. If you can't stay calm under pressure, you're not fit to be a store manager. Eventually one of her employees stood up for themselves and told her not to speak to her that way, rightfully so. The store manager proceeded to escalate the situation in front of about 6 people waiting for their orders and argue back and forth for a good 5 minutes before telling the employee to clock out and leave. I had to leave without my drink because I had to get to work and the store manager thought it was more important to argue with her her employee than keep the store running smoothly. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and so was everyone else in the store. I wish I said something because how she speaks to her employees is just not right. Hopefully something comes out of this. She's not fit to...

I’m over this location. They’re rude and they don’t even make the food and drinks correctly. They don’t know anything about caffeinated drinks but want to charge Starbucks prices. I usually go to dd everyday but I try to avoid this location at all cost. I can’t even sit and enjoy my food and beverages because when I have to use the restroom, every day it’s out of order. Today I went to this location in the morning and my iced latte was terrible. They actually put granulated sugar in it instead of the syrup. Smh. I just got off and my daughter and husband wanted a treat and so did I and I had to use the restroom randomly, because I’m 5 months pregnant and as soon as I walked in one of the girls yeld from the back “hi, the restroom is out of order.” I hadn’t even made it to the counter yet. So I had to leave and come to the house first, and now we’re just going to go to Shipley’s, which is where I’ll be going from now on unless I’m near a...

Incredibly clean Dunkin Donuts store in Houston that I have found so far. Employees always friendly smiling enjoy their jobs helpful to customers food is fresh donuts smell warm and yummy. Breakfast sandwiches are to-die-for please do yourself a favor and try the power breakfast sandwich if you like grainy thin toasty yummy bread. If not go for the salty sweet goodness of the Chipotle bacon sandwich also a clear winner for most breakfast sandwich enthusiasts. Can't beat the coffee great great great location go out of your way community and treat yourself to the Joy fun energy delicious offerings scrumptious coffee of the Dunkin' Donuts on Yale and 20th!!! see photos below

“I’m sorry, we can’t heat the almond croissant here.” (Taking one for the team, I pass by this location on Yale and saw two beverages listed on their billboard and decided to check it out) The croissant was disgusting, unheated. Two bites and into the trash. So much ice in the beverages, I decided to pour off to see how much liquid, as I don’t want to wait an hour for the ice to melt. Beverages were equally disgusting. A billboard ad may get someone in to try the product. But it has to be good if expecting a return visit
