Let me start off by saying that the ladies that work here are amazing! TL:DR- I will never order from ubereats again, but if you ever have an issue the ladies at IDK will make sure it's taken care of instead of how some other places might just say it's not their problem. I made the unfortunate decision to cancel my order because the location it would've been delivered to was wrong. I placed the order, realized my mistake and hit cancel. Ubereats: "Because the restaurant accepted your order we cannot process a refund." So I went to IDK and explained what happened, the young lady whose name I can't remember called ubereats and told them what made all the sense in the world, "we saw that the order was cancelled, we didn't make it, the customer should be refunded thru the app where she was charged." Ubereats told her they would call me, they didn't, she gave her manager, Janet, my info and Janet assured me she'd get it resolved the next morning. Long story short, even after Janet called them again and got a reference # for me to get my refund I still had to deal with 2 more idiots, one of them allegedly a supervisor who said she'd call me back in 10 minutes so after 2 hours I had to call back and thankfully an intelligent person answered the phone and was magically able to process my refund, something I had been told 3 times was impossible... Never using ubereats again but definitely eating at IDK again because they did not have to go thru all that for me but they did and Janet made sure to double check that I...

Customer service was terrible, food is mediocre. I placed an order on their website and it said ready in 10-20 min so. I went 20min after it was placed. When I walked to the register the woman who asked if my order was for dine in or to go didn’t look up from her phone as she questioned me or when I told her I placed an online order. She asked where I placed it I told her it was on their website, she picked up the tablet and said ok we don’t get notified when it comes in so I haven’t put the order in yet and she would make it now. If this is a known issue then you would think they would be proactive and check their system from time to time or look into why they don’t get notified. There was no apology on the fact that I got my food 40min after I placed the order, when I was handed my order once again she was was too busy...

Ordered through Lunchdrop (where I'm currently working at, they have this set up as delivery system where every day there are different restaurants and today In D Kitchen was one of the 2 options). Placed my order and everything went smoothly until I opened my food. I ordered a Vermicelli bowl (beef) with eggroll. Eggroll was good, but could not eat most of the beef. Even looking at it while I ate around it was making me lose my appetite. I did try and eat the rest of the food, but it did not have much flavor and was definitely not worth the price I paid. Based on this experience, I let my coworkers know that I will not be ordering from here again. Would leave less stars, but food was good temperature and delivery...

A lovely, unassuming mom-and-pop shop! I’m so glad I live nearby the area. This is my go-to spot for a hearty bite(or for hangovers). The pho broth is clear, aromatic, and savory yet light. The banh mi has great flavor. Prices are reasonable, especially given the area. Some people have stated they’re skimping on portions, but I haven’t encountered that. I’ve never left without a happy sigh and a lil’ food baby. Imo, the portions are pretty big! The ambiance is low-key and relaxed. There are self-serve sauces that you can grab to your heart’s content! There’s also a supremely large fish tank… I don’t typically pay much attention to fish tanks, but this one was quite stellar!

Being a pho lover, I’ve tried more than 15 different pho restaurants in Houston. Unfortunately, I would probably rank the pho here at the bottom of the list. They put shrimp in Pho which I personably find weird. The soup is absolutely bland with no aroma from spice or umami from beef. The soup base pack from grocery market is probably more flavorful. But other than the flavor, no complain for the environment or the service.
