1 star, no I would give them zero stars if I could. I normally don't write reviews but I felt that this one needed to be shared. I called this location on September 27th, 2020 to ask about pricing for a really big order of fried chicken and biscuits. I was told the pricing of 400 fired chickens and 200 biscuits. I then asked them if they can make it into 200 boxes which they also confirmed. They said they weren't able to take my card online and that someone needed to come in and pay a day before the date that I needed it, which was also fine and manageable.Then I told them that I'll call them closer to the date of when I needed the order. So I called them today October 10th, 2020. I have never ever had such an experience ever. I understand that they were busy so I called a few time to finally get someone to talk to which was the manager, she then placed me on hold before even hearing what I had to ask. I then waited for over 10 minutes and then someone hung up on me. I called again and no one answered, it was ringing and everything. I called 32 times and they didn't answer. I called from another number and they picked up. She then said to call back 10 minutes later. Which I did and someone besides the manager picked up and gave be the final price of my order with taxes and everything. I then asked if they could make it into those boxes like they said they could and they refused. The lady was so rude she didn't even listen to anything and she kept saying no ma'am no. I asked to speak to the manager since I heard her talking in the back. She then said that they could do that and that I had to come in 2 days before to pay. It started frustrating me that they were giving me 2 different kinds of information on different days. When I was trying to confirm with them that my sister will be coming in on my behave to pay a day before and the manager was like okay ma'am thank you and I was like can you confirm that it will be ready on the 14th by 6pm and then after that there was no response from the other end, they hung up on me. I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent visit to KFC was so bad I feel like people should be warned. This was one of the worst restaurant establishments I’ve ever experienced. The food was terrible – it looked like it had been sitting around for a long time before they served it. Nothing tasted fresh, and the quality was way below what you’d expect from any fast food place.
To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely horrible. After spending over $45 on food to go, I simply asked the lady at the counter for some napkins – and she acted like I was asking for gold. She was rude, aggressive, and it got to the point where she almost tried to fight with us. I couldn’t believe it. It felt like we were being kicked out just for asking for basic things that should’ve been included with our order.
