I was very disappointed in my experience here! I chose this place based on reviews on Tik Tok however my experience was the complete OPPOSITE. My cousins and I host monthly dinners/brunch and we try a new location each month. We chose Lov3 for August. Making the reservation online was no problem. It was for 2 hours which is common. Got there for our reservation time of 8:45pm and was seated and saw signs that 20% gratuity was included on all checks. This is common as it’s normally 6+ of us but this time it was only 3 people so the gratuity rate seemed odd. 20+ minutes passed and no one came to our table. We ended up having to flag down another waitress to ask for our waitress and eventually she came. We decided to go ahead and place our food order while ordering drinks. The atmosphere was nice, we went on a Saturday and it was R&B night. They had a lady there doing performances with fire, which was really cool. Some time passed and we realized that our food hadn’t come out so we just stopped our waitress when she finally passed our table. She said that the food for the table next to us had just come out and that we should be next and that the kitchen was behind on orders. This might’ve been about an hour that passed already. More time passed and we realized we were nearing our two hour reservation end time but still no food. We had about 20 minutes before our reservation time was to be up and we still didn’t have any food. The waitress hadn’t been back to our table either. At this point, we were ready to go and had decided that we would just leave cash on the table for our drinks and leave because we couldn’t find our waiter to get our checks and we were starving. We ended up finding another waitress and asked them to flag down our waitress and to bring the manager. While waiting, we noticed that the police officers/security guard was standing in an area near our table, as if they were watching us to be sure that we didn’t leave without paying for our drinks. The manager eventually came and sat down. We were frustrated and asked to cancel our order and that we wanted to pay for our drinks and we were ready to go because at this point it was almost 2 hours which is when our reservation was up. The manager apologized, explained that they would extend the reservation time and that our food would be on them. He also offered us drinks on the house. Some more time passed, we reminded the manager that our order had substitutes and to be sure it was put in correctly. He went back to check on our food, some more time passed and eventually it came out. Our sides were on plates, but our main entrée items were packed in to go containers that were in bags. The food was cold so we didn’t enjoy it. We all had lamb chops with either mashed potatoes, cabbage or asparagus sides. Oh did I state they wouldn’t let us substitute sides so we had to order an additional side since 2 of us don’t eat mashed potatoes. Everything was cold! The manager came back and asked if we were still upset with him and we said yes because our food came back cold. He said he would handle it and walked away. The waitress came and charged us for our drinks, which included $7 for a bottle of water . We paid and left. As we were walking out, we ran into the manager outside and he tried to explain and apologize again, stating that he was getting on the chef because he had spoken to him directly and asked him to remake our food and he was upset that the food still came out cold. He kept apologizing and said that he understood that we will probably leave a bad review, but that it would help give him the leverage he needed to correct the situation in the future. This was not a great experience though the atmosphere was nice and seems like a great grown and sexy place especially for date night the service was awful! I can say the manager did his best to try to remedy the situation but there wasn’t much he could do. I will not be back to this place unless Jesus reveals to me that my future husband is there!

Non-Houston (tourist) here. I’ll start off by saying Lov3 felt like a standard Houston club, but maybe more popular. I say that because it was pretty packed (not elbow to elbow tho) and the coach of the Rockets was in there at one point. So my group went on a Friday night. We missed the happy hour, which ended at 11pm. It seems the place converts to a club setting at that time with a limited 3 item menu. Each table was $200, and then you have to buy a bottle as well. Otherwise, you can stand at the bar or basically around. Below are my observations from Lov3 that I wrote in real time while there: Good customer service from our bottle girl, Destiny (I think). People basically stood around listening to the music, “vibing,” socializing, but that’s most clubs nowadays. No one actually danced, minus one or two people. Everything is overpriced, in terms of bottles and food (see menus), but, again, that’s common with clubs these days. Good music overall, but the DJ talked over the music a lot. I ate the street tacos, which were pretty average, nothing too fancy, but good. However, the wings were “amazing.” By midnight, it was about 80% full. All the waitresses are half naked. Their uniforms kinda looked like lingerie essentially. Not sure why tho. Maybe it’s a theme for the venue. In terms of security, cops were present the whole night. Pat search before you enter. No entry fee before 11pm. No dress code apparently. I saw guys in short, hats, women with butt cheeks out, etc. etc.

We celebrated a birthday! We had a few issues but still had fun! When arriving, you can try to find a spot on the side of the street or valet. Tonight, Eli Valet service was there, and they were horrible. I definitely suggest they find someone else to do valet for them. We had reservations, so we breezed on in. We were a party of 7, however, they sat us in a booth next to the Dj that is probably meant for 6, especially if we're eating. We did have a few girls that arrived 20min later than the reservation, so it was nice that they sat us despite our entire part not being there at the reservation time. I ordered the lamb chops and the lobster mac n cheese. Lamb chops were seasoned well, however, chef did not cook it medium rare as requested... so I was definitely chewing. The lobster mac n cheese looks good but lacks flavor. We ordered the happy hour drinks, and let just say we were happy!! We also had the ferris 🎡 wheel of shots that was nice. The few ladies who came a little late unfortunately never received their food. We noticed other tables had arrived at a later time had gotten food, so we just canceled the food that had not arrived after we brought to our servers' attention. It looks like when it starts getting busy, the service gets sub-par, especially for a 20% gratuity to already be added to every check regardless of the party size. The Dj was legit all night! Overall, I do see myself returning!

Love this little bar/club/sports bar situation. The food is actually FIRE, which is hard to come by at a bar that also has bottle service and all the fixings of a nightclub. We also liked that it’s a combination of lit and chill. Music was solid all night but there’s plenty of space and the club was rowdy but zero drama. The only L was the service was soo mid. A retired ten year service industry member, we all know the host is the most important role in running any service establishment and we watched this one cause persistent chaos. We didn’t have a reservation, but wanted to eat and get bottle service afterwards. The host was immediately rude and dismissive telling us we couldn’t get a table because of reservations at 8:00, 8:10, 8:15, 8:35. It was 8:20 so we said we’d be happy to be added to the waitlist. At this point more than half of the reserved or seated tables were open. But it’s a fight night, people are late and it makes sense they’d be busy so we gave benefit of the doubt. When one of our party said “it’s 8:20 now and your 8:00’s haven’t shown?” Trying to gauge how long the wait would be the host said they had a grace period and we went to the bar to wait. 9P rolls around and one table has been sat. The host is very annoyed with us at this point because we’re hungry, and we trying to sit down. Finally around 9:15 we get sat at a small table with one extra chair (there’s 7 of us) and we look around at every other small table and it has two chairs. We’re told we can’t grab a second chair so all our guests can sit. HAHA what we doin family? This is absurd. Still none of the reservations have shown. We order a bunch of food, our 4th round of cocktails ask for share plates to eat, never get them. We’re waiting for the fight and planning to order a bottle of 42 and Vueve and our waitress comes to our table and forces us to close out, saying reservations are coming and we’ll need to move. We say we wanted to get bottle service and we’re told we can order everything and idk stand in the back? HAHA ma’am What? So we close out, watch the worst fight in history, watch no other reservations come in, never get “kicked out” from our table and order another round from the bar. Your servers are literally turning away money to be petty. Just because we dressed, doesn’t mean we broke honey. Y’all profiled a tech start up founder, SVP, and turned down the Silicon Valley money to be petty. We came in trying to have a long good night and we were treated like peasants....

I've been twice, both times on a Thursday, and I've only sat at the bar. The ambience is nice. The first time I was greeted upon entry. The second time, I wasn't, as two girls were deep in conversation. Unprofessional, but not a huge issue.

On Thursdays, all night happy hour is advertised. The first time, I arrived at opening at 6pm to avoid a crowd. The happy hour was good and aligned with what was advertised ($5 lemon drops, French 75s and side cars + light bites like wings). The service, from who I perceived to be the main bartender (the one who's there upon opening), felt rushed and not particularly warm and friendly. Luckily, Taylor came in about an hour later, and her bubbly and welcoming personality was a delight.

The second time, I, again, arrived at 6pm and the experience was subpar for a few reasons. As mentioned earlier, there was no greeting upon entry. Once I got to the the bar, the same unfriendly bartender was there with quite the rushed, impatient disposition. No smile, and she was not welcoming at all. This time, the drinks were HORRIBLE. We had lemon drops, French 75s and side cars and we all noticed the same thing. Something tasted "off." We have since learned that now for happy hour drinks, they used a pre-made mixer, and it completely alters the taste.

It's in poor taste to offer happy hour pricing but use cheaper ingredients to make the drinks. Either don't offer happy hour pricing or advise staff to give customers choices before bringing us some bs. Additionally, wings are fried too hard..both times.

I would ONLY go back if Taylor is attending to my friends and me. She used "discretion" when remaking our drinks and we were sure to take...
