I usually have just okay service at this location. The reason I am giving a one star is because I called in and asked the lady if I ordered breakfast, paid through the app & gave a pick up time but came 30 minutes after breakfast stopped being made, would they hold the food to the side since it would be paid for already. She kept telling me "just come in or do Door Dash or Uber Eats. I told her I would be in a car traveling near by & since it would already be paid for, I asked couldn't I just pick it up even though it would be cold. She kept telling me to come in time to order & I kept explaining my situation. I really wanted some McGriddles & your great coffee. I asked her if it was paid for were you all just going to through the food out & refund my money. She said they would make the food when I got there. First of all I was confused as to pre-ordering & still having to wait for the order to be made when I got there especially since I was doing a bulk order. I asked to speak to a manager because she could never tell me why the order wouldn't be ready at the time requested. I was having a hard time understanding because of her heavy accent. She told me she was the manager. I only found the reason why by calling another location. I was attempting to ask her another question when she rudely hung up in my face. I can understand the restaurant being busy but she could have been cordial enough to say something to that effect. She could have politely said "Ma'am, we're a little busy right now & I'm sorry I must tend to my in-store customers" and I would have understood. I stop at this location often before or after riding the Park and Ride bus down the street, but never will I set foot in it again. I never want to see anyone fired but more training on how to handle customers in hard situations...

First time I came here to pick up a DoorDash order and since it was late I thought I had to go through the drive thru, I waited awhile because they were busy just for them to tell me I had to pull around and walk inside even though it was right next to her hand. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT and walked away. Today I put in a personal mobile order a little bit before closing time ( I thought they were opened 24 hours ) as I was pulling into the drive thru (after already placing my mobile order and it telling me to pull up) another car pulled in before me and the employee took his order. I then pulled up next looked down at my phone to check some things while waiting, realized it had been awhile and no one said anything to me, looked back up and they SHUT EVERYTHING OFF. Didn’t talk to me or anything. I pulled up to the window just for the employee to walk away and go to the office and completely ignore me while I sat there waiting. Worst customer Service I have ever received in my entire life out of anywhere I have been. I’ve been working customer service for 10 years and would never ever treat someone like this. These employees are absolutely horrendous and rude. I’ll be reporting this store to DoorDash as well.
Edit: I don’t know why the owner is telling me to contact the delivery service when it has ZERO to do with them and everything to do with the employees. I didn’t order door dash, I was the door dash picking up and was treated horrible. And then was a customer myself...
Read moreThis is possibly the worst location I've ever eaten at! I ordered a breakfast platter and a sausage and egg McMuffin with an extra egg on it. I received my food and walked back to my hotel. I opened my breakfast platter and saw that my eggs were undercooked and very runny and it looked like soup! Next when I checked my McMuffin I saw that the extra egg I paid for was not on the sandwich. I walked back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. I showed him what was wrong and he had the cooks remake my order. While talking with him I asked if I could be compensated for having to walk back to the restaurant because my food was wrong. The manager said he will not compensate me and him having my food remade was good enough. I was completely shocked. I asked him his name because he didn't have his name tag on and I let him know I would be calling corporate because of this. The manager gave me a false name as I found out. The assistant manager Jesus M. came to talk to me about it and he notified me that the other manager had given me this false name and he wrote down his real name. Jesus said he informed the other manager that giving people a false name would get him in trouble but Jesus said it's not the first time that guy had done that. I was told that other manager's name is Douglas but he told me it was Javier. I will not be revisiting this location!
