Can't say enough good things about KK 2.0. My PS5's HDMI port got completely wrecked after a fall (long story). I was honestly expecting to hear it was either unfixable or would cost a fortune to repair. My buddy from work told me to give this place in Webster a shot before I did anything drastic. Walked in and the guys at the counter were super chill, not that weird, pushy sales vibe you get at other shops. They got Muzamil from the back to look at my console. He took one look and didn't even sweat it. Just said, "Yeah, I can fix that." Dropped it off Monday afternoon, and he had it ready for me by Wednesday. Works perfectly. And it's not just him, the whole team seems to know their stuff. While I was waiting, one of the other guys was walking a customer through the unlocked phones they carry, actually explaining the specs instead of just reading off a box. The whole place is a hidden gem. You go in for one thing and see they have cases of custom controllers, gaming headsets, and that huge wall of vape gear. Seriously, if you're in the Webster/Texas City area and need a real tech, this is the spot. The whole team is solid, the prices are fair, and they know what they're doing....

I am writing this review to highlight the fantastic service I received from Muzamil. I went in for an Apple Watch screen protector, and the service was wonderful. Muzamil applied it perfectly while expertly multitasking and handling multiple customers at once.

What truly impressed me was the sheer variety of services and products they offer.
