Our ladies club from Katy visited this boutique store yesterday and we all had a wonderful experience. Kim, the owner and everyone in the store were so welcoming, helpful, friendly and personalized each lady’s experience. The clothes, purses, shoes and jewelry selections were so organized and the prices are awesome. The quality of the merchandise is amazing. I talked to Kim to let her know of our groups’ arrival and she might as well have rolled out the red carpet for us. She had snacks, coffee/tea and even served us champagne. A wonderful boutique filled with lovely people and fantastic finds! I love shopping at second-hand stores; Changes is at the top of my lists of favorite places to shop.

My first visit was with a friend and we were very impressed with the selection (we have completely different styles and we both found items we loved). I was so impressed, I took my mom a few days later and she loved the experience as well.

I just HAVE to review my experience. This was my first time visiting the store and I was impressed by how well organized and presentable everything was. I was greeted upon entry and to my luck, there was a sale! I just had a baby 7 weeks ago so none of my clothes fit. I walked in looking very frumpy, but I was treated with respect and kindness! In fact every customer that was shopping was treated very well. Four different ladies helped me out and answered questions politely.
