For starters, Nigel and Cathy are the nicest record store owners I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. They will help you with anything you need whether it be finding the right piece of equipment, a new needle or the record you've been searching for. I have been going there for nearly a year and have never walked out empty handed. It is not uncommon to strike up a conversation with either Nigel or Cathy and leave with a wealth of knowledge. Some of you may know what it was like to walk into an actual music store; a place where you could explore new sounds and talk to people who knew music, and maybe even be turned on to something you might have not otherwise tried. I came here reading the reviews thinking that it was going to be vinyl heaven. They definitely gave me high expectations. I don't really understand the hype about this place. The store itself was nice and clean with a chill vibe but there was a terribly small selection of records and their "new" section wasn't particularly new music. They sold some cassettes and some old music players. I was surprised when no one greeted me or asked if I was looking for something when I came in. I'd rather hit up the Waterloo record...
