If I could give this McDonalds 0 stars I would, but I think they deserve at least one, because they have a few that practices good customer service. It’s this one Hispanic lady who appears to be one of the managers, because I know her to mainly try to deal with the customers. But she is the worst one to use as a model, to represent the company when it comes to great customer service. I have notice this behavior with the same woman numerous times with me, and would blow it off. But now I’m going to voice my concerns and hope it will be fixed, because she is going to destroy the image that I’m sure they would love to have at this location. I went in at 8:08am on Friday March 16, 2018 and ordered my breakfast. It wasn’t a cheap meal at that, and after I asked for condiments, she rolled her eyes, exhale, and twisted her face, as if I was a bother for asking. I feel that if you don’t like working with people, do something in the back, and stay to yourself. Don’t make someone else’s morning bad, because you don’t like your job, or your morning ain’t going well. And if you feel that way, when it comes to giving bad customer service, keep it to yourself, don’t let the customer see it, or have to experience mistreatment because you don’t like what you do!!!!!!!!!! I will not recommend this location to anyone, if they are looking for great customer service. Food is good, but horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On October 11th, 2021waited to order food in drive-thru they took about 10min. for one car.
I made the mistake of coming to this location again. The young black female at drive thru was very pleasant, but when my order was wrong as far as the sandwich, I tried to call as I was heading out of town, and was not turning back. When I tried to call back for them to know about my order, after a few times, I waited till I can go up there myself. They will not answer the phone. Some days the staff is super nice and you get your food in a normal amount of time but come on a day they’re short on staff and they will let you know by the way they act and they’ll straight up let you know someone didn’t show up and that’s why it’s taking so long... had an instance a few days ago where it was so busy and they were telling us at the menu window to pull up to the second window and place your order THERE which doesn’t make any sense! The last window?? Ok.. and I placed a mobile order for pickup which you can get in the drive thru and when I pulled to the window they said they couldn’t find my order even when I gave them the code and that there was nothing they could do about it.. (at other McDonald’s they just ask your name and have it ready and this is NOT a new service McDonald’s has been having mobile order) Even when I said I literally paid for my order with my last few dollars because I’m broke and hungry... he told me they didn’t know what to do and that the order isn’t showing up and I had been waiting in this drive thru line for LITERALLY NO JOKE 30 min y’all because I was hungry! I told him I’m not going to move until I get the food I PAID FOR!!! He then went to “call” his manager and came back and they wouldn’t help me at all and instead told me to leave the drive thru window or they’d have to call the police.. needless to say I left McDonald’s with no food and had to report the incident to my bank as a good I didn’t receive....
Read moreThere was a wierd young white young guy maybe 19 that seemed to be handicapped in some way that greets you when you come in there. He kept asking me if I wanted to do the app or use the Kiosk inside? I said no I'm inside because I want to eat here inside geezz! So I went to the counter to place my Big Breakfast order with Coffee (which was bad) it used to be real good there but I haven't been to one in 10 years. Then I got chewed out by the Mexican lady manager guess 45 at the counter that didn't speak English very well! Then when my order came out it wasn't on a try but in a Big bag after I had told her I wanted to eat inside there come on give me a break! That's their Motto right "you deserve a break today: ? :-( So I had to unpack everything another hassle and found out that I had no jam for my biscut inside or Sweet & Low (don't have that now terrible)! So I had to ask the young guy to bring me two of them ok. They used to have all the condements over where the drink machine is located but not now very inconvient! Additionally, when I went there to get some water the whole drink system wasn't even working NO Sign on it what so ever! :-( I had to ask the guy inside for same ok. The food was good but I'll never go to this one on Hwy 6 South again! I'll go to Burger King near next time enough is enough very bad...
