I just guess all McDonald's are just all the same now I ordered a double cheeseburger combo the burger was like warm at best, the drink station was off in taste even the tea was disgusting and I also noticed it did not have a switch out sticker on it so who knows how long it was really out there, I told someone at the counter about the drinks so he was nice enough to bring me one from the drive-thru fountain, and it was alittle better but it still didn't taste right I was getting regular coke so another customer got diet coke and he also stated it tasted funny, so by now I knew it wasn't just me, the clerk just went back to doing whatever he was doing after he ran the tapes but the drinks where still off and this was around 1:30 pretty much lunch time for most and I guess he just figured people would just drink what you give them so let it be. I will give them props on their fries I don't think I have ever had a fry that hot from any McDonalds so I will give them that. The store itself was steady not to busy but they might have just had a rush, the drive-thru was steady as it took an average of 6 to 8 minutes for most orders which is another reason why we get like warm food if it takes so long to get it. I remember the days when your bun was warm and your cheese was melted on your burger, now if you ask them to melt you cheese they tell you they are not allowed to melt it, what kind of craziness is that, someone please tell me. I live in the memorial area and was told that about the cheese issue so if any mgr's are reading this please respond to me and let me know about the cheese thing oh yeah I also want to know when did WATER become a breakfast drink WILCREST @ 1-10... so where along the way McDonald's lost hope...
Read moreMy girlfriend and a friend of ours went here late Saturday night following the Pride parade. I'd actually give them 3 1/2 stars, but that's not an option. Overall our experience was pretty decent.
Pros: *The food arrived accurately, timely, and was hot, fresh, and overall delicious (more on that below). *Despite the line, I don't think we were in the drive thru longer than ten minutes.
Cons: *The food was largely very good, however the fries were barely salted and almost flavorless. We suspect someone before us requested light salt and they just made the entire batch this way. *The order taker did not finish putting in our order before telling us to pull forward, which meant the cashier had to recheck what we'd ordered and we learned he'd gotten the last of it wrong. She was able to correct it, but it was a mistake that should not have happened. *Lastly, everyone we encountered, especially the man who took our order, very clearly did not want to be there. We get it. I've worked food service, my girlfriend and our friend currently do. Few people are genuinely excited about going into work at a fast food restaurant. But part of your job description is not depressing customers with how much you clearly hate it there. Generally I can and do ignore food service workers who clearly aren't thrilled to be at work, but I've never encountered someone who's attitude was so bad I felt depressed! That's not good for business.

Read moreI have never had this happen to me in my life!!!! I went to the drive thru and was the only one in line!!! I ordered my food and then went to pay! At the pay window the employee repeated the order and I really didn’t pay attention talking to my girlfriend again the only one in line. Nothing in front or behind me! Paid and drove up to the pick up window and received the wrong! This is when it all went extremely bad! I got the wrong order. No big deal. They knew my order!!! They then gave me the wrong order! Cheeseburger no meat medium fries and medium coke. All I got was a cheese meat patty which was not what is order! Cheeseburger no meat medium fries and and medium Coke Zero! They said they will fix it!! They will all refund me the money between orders! This time there is a car in the pay window behind me! NOW THE CASHIER COME TO THE WINDOW AND ASKED ME WHY I WASNT PAYING ATTENTION WHEN HE REPEATED IT AS IT PAID!!! I’m the only one in line at that point. Then he proceeded to say YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION! How about doing your job right!!! He told me to pull up and wait for my refund. When he returned with my refund he proceeds to be rude and tell me again NEXT TIME PAY ATTENTION!!!! So disrespectful for no reason!!!
