I've been to many coffee shops and most of them have been a Starbucks for lack of a different choice. I have usually felt welcomed and generally, like a customer despite the exorbitant prices. On this occasion, I came away with a bad product and feeling like I had been bothering the employees by asking them to take my money for coffee. First, the woman taking my order was quite rude (no "good morning" , "have a good day", or "how are you"). I thought she might just be having a bad day until I tried to get some sugar, creamer, and a stirrer for my coffee which were not available any longer on the customer side of the counter... precautions for the pandemic I suppose. So now, with straight black coffee in hand, I turned to head to the portion of the store where I normally can pour my cream. Seeing the counter was completely empty I realized it must be something I'd have to ask for. So I asked the product delivery specialist if she had any creamer and anything else that I might need to make my coffee was presumed. I got a promptly if not roughly delivered cup of cream without any questions or responses at all. Turns out I needed a stir some sugar maybe some sweetener and even vanilla as crazy as that sounds. I assume she hadn't heard me when she did nothing at all when I asked for some of the other items I might need. So I did what anybody would do I reached over the counter and grabbed my own stuff. And just as I was finally ready to make my coffee up like I like it lady from front counter, the customer service professional, comes over hurriedly hands us a bunch of sugar packets and says you guys can't ask for anything else which I think was supposed to be a joke. Finally got the coffee the color and the flavor I usually want with a Starbucks black coffee only to find that the coffee was weak and tasted off because it was mostly fake sweetener that I had in my coffee not coffee. I sent to this one Starbucks before and swear I would never come back just because of the way the traffic is designed to flow in the middle of Kirby because everybody goes through the drive-thru so they don't have to put their phone down at any point and was really regretful I...

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, but this one stands out for all the right reasons. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm from the baristas. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting—clean tables, comfortable seating, and just the right balance of background music and chatter to make it a great place to relax or get work done.
My order was prepared quickly and with care. The caramel macchiato was perfectly layered, with the espresso hitting just right, and the croissant was fresh, buttery, and flaky. The attention to detail was evident in every sip and bite.
What truly sets this Starbucks apart is the service. The staff went above and beyond, offering recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they care about creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee on the go or settling in for a study session, this Starbucks is top-tier. I’ll definitely be coming back! Especially...
Read moreStarting to lose my patience with this starbucks. In the last couple of years its gotten worse. Dirty, long waits and the drive thru is horrible. Half the time its closed. They remodeled after the hurricane and it got a little better but not enough. The staff I think has changed and thats better but again this location is a bad representation of starbucks. I dread when Im in this area and its my only choice. Again today I go there and the drive thru is closed. Not the first time ... closed alot. Another hand written sign ... very professional - really a large corporation and a poorly handwritten sign. So I decide to go in.. no other choice right. The door is locked with another hand written sign that says open from 400 am to 900 am today. As I get in my car I see an employee walks out to her car passes several people parking and walking to enter the building. Guess what ... not once did she say "we're closed" shes in uniform walking right by customers and says nothing. This starbucks is not worth the hassle and the...
