A Fresh Start Worth Celebrating!

I recently revisited Texas Taphouse and was blown away by the improvements under the new manager, Eva. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt more welcoming and well-organized. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there—friendly, attentive, and rejuvenated.

The beer selection is fantastic—lots of great local options. The food has seriously stepped up too. Aside from a couple items being out of stock, I was highly impressed overall. There’s a change going on at Texas Taphouse. A change for the better!

Don’t go here if you have anything else planned for your evening. Service was incredibly slow. Only 3 other people dining when I arrived. Took around 15 minutes of waiting for the waiter to bring a menu and take a drink order. Ordered the loaded fries, but clearly just frozen fries heated up with some cheese and pico thrown on top. Food was ok, but not worth the price and a very small menu. Waiter never came back to check in for another drink. Had to flag him down to get the check. Once he brought it, I waited another 20 minutes to come back to run my card. He never showed up. I had to take the check to the bar to pay. Will definitely not...

I think the owners friends left all positive reviews on food & beverages. Atmosphere for a sports bar is great - tons of TVs, but the positives end there. Steak ordered medium rare, came out well done. Salmon ordered by a friend, took 15 mins to let us know they didn't have any, then another 20 mins to make a salad instead. I've been to an airport bar that has a wider draft selection. Bartender was super sweet and awesome, but the only employee in front of house. Fairly decent crowd for a Monday night, so it was noticeable. Maybe an off night, but I'll be surprised if this place lasts more than a year without...
