I normally come to this location in the morning for breakfast because the guy in the morning is amazing, but I will not be coming back anymore. I literally just came to this location on Saturday (8/14/21 at 1:57 p.m.) for once and received the worst service ever. I walked in and was not greeted. The black guy was on his phone and did not acknowledge us at all. I waited to see if someone was coming to serve us since the young guy at the front said nothing as I walked in. Then a young lady came from the back to take my order. As I waited for my order the young guy literally stared at me as if I had done something to him. Then once he finished making the smoothie, he had an attitude with us, rolled his eyes, and threw the straw on the counter at us as we walked out. Then proceeded to stare at me again as if I still had done something to him. I will not come here anymore because of how the customer service is that I received today. If you can, just go elsewhere or to smoothie king. At least youâll receive good service and not have anyone give you an attitude as if youâve done...

Today however, when the employee asked for my name for my order he seemed to have an issue with the length of my name asking me if thereâs a shorter name I could give him. My name is my name and itâs the only one I have. Itâs only 8 letters and I spelled it for him after pronouncing it as I didnât expect him to know how to spell it. My friend kindly used her name for the order as itâs more common and three letters shorter. If the issue was allotted length of letters on the register just type it out until the room runs out like other restaurants since itâs apparently less than 8 letters shouldnât take long to type. I do not believe the issue was the length of my name, but that itâs less common, and a black name and he didnât want to be bothered with typing it in. Simple as that. I shouldnât have to use nicknames because you canât be bothered to listen and type for a few seconds. I loved the smoothies here but I donât want to come back if this is how minorities with âdifficultâ names are going...

Placed an order for pick up. Trusted them to have prepared my order correctly... Came home to incorrect sides, we even paid extra for extra things. We didn't get them. We also weren't communicated by the team that they ran out of something or had a chance to replace the missing items. They just gave us whatever they felt like grabbing! Contacted their Support Team, and no response so far. It's been over a week, so I'm assuming I will not get any response. One of our smoothies was no good and we felt ill from it. Lettuce and spinach in our food was rotted.... Pick up time was on time, and 1 out of 6 things of our order was satisfactory, in the regard that the item was correctly made and we didn't have any...
