This particular location of Fazoli's is frustrating! I got there 45 minutes after they opened according to the sign on their front doors and those front doors were still not unlocked. Covid restrictions have been over for months as far as restaurants are concerned in Ohio. They had enough employees inside to man the front plus their drive-thru. They need to pay more attention to what they're doing. The food was also not really warm. But I was hungry and already frustrated so I ate spaghetti and meatballs that was pretty much cold. That's why I won't be going back.
On September 22, 2022, I supposedly received some sort of the text message on Google Maps from a lady named Lori Mosser who claimed that she was with Fazoli's guest relations asking me to send my telephone number and my mailing address to her at a link that looked like an email so they could resolve my complaint. I clicked on the link and I sent her my phone number and told her that's all she was going to get and she can call me back. Because I thought it was odd that I did not see her reply under my initial review on Google Maps. 24 hours later I have not received a phone call. So I doubt that was a valid link. I will not be going back to that location of Fazoli's and I will be complaining now to their corporate office for this additional bad service.

I recently visited Fazoli’s after years of staying away due to a bad experience, and I’m so glad I gave it another chance! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kaylyn with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. She immediately made my young daughter feel special by complimenting her earrings, which was such a sweet touch.
Kaylyn was an absolute ray of sunshine—helpful, friendly, and accommodating. When I asked for recommendations, she gladly offered suggestions, and everything I requested was met with enthusiasm. She even brought us fresh breadsticks! What really impressed me was how she juggled multiple responsibilities with ease—running the cash register, delivering food, bringing out breadsticks, and even bussing tables. She is truly a fantastic asset to your company!
Beyond the exceptional service, the food was hot, fast, and delicious, making for an all-around great experience. Kaylyn’s kindness and dedication completely restored my trust in Fazoli’s. Read moreI ended up throwing up and sick the rest of the night. We had to clean our own table off to just have a booth to sit in. There were only 6 other tables in use at the time. Not busy at all. Floors were filthy and I watched a couple ask a girl to clean off a table so they could sit and eat and she just wiped everything off the table into the floor. This place was filthy!! When they brought breadsticks to our table I asked for some without butter since I have a dairy allergy. The girl brought me 3 breadsticks that were brown, cold and I hit them on the table and they were hard as rocks! Obviously there were ones that they over baked and had discarded!! This place needs to be shut down! I've never been in such an awful place. It even took them over 15 minutes to bring out our food to us and it was only 2:00 in the afternoon with next to no people in there. Horrible place I will never go back!
