I have went to this location for years and never had any issues. The last two visits I ordered, paid, and rolled up to the window to get my food. First visit I had ordered 2 large teas (one with a meal, one on the side). The person handed me a large and a regular. I stated that I had ordered 2 large. Her response was “that’s not what the screen shows”. I responded “this is not what I ordered and that was on the screen at ordering”. She said “sorry” and I left with the wrong drink.
This visit. Order 2 combos, large, with a coke and a half/half tea. When I got to the window I was handed a coke and a Hi-C. I explained what I ordered and got the same response as last visit “that’s not what is on the screen”. I had to all but argue for this person to go get the manager and discuss. As the window operator should have done to begin with, the manager had her fix me what I ordered and she all but slung it at me.
Hey Management! Can you possibly teach or empower your employees to actually take care of the customer? By that meaning listen, NOT ARGUE, and resolve something so easy on their own? I was not the person pushing the buttons to feed the information onto the SCREEN OF KNOWLEDGE. Maybe take the customers word for it over the price of a medium to large (which is what I paid for), and make a correct drink without the screen telling what to do. I will not go back to this location. I would rather be inconvenienced then be treated like a Mc Criminal. Also, the kiosk instead of interacting with a customer. Worst decision...
Read moreThis location is awful. They have gotten my orders wrong on so many occasions. One time I sat in the right line for 10 minutes without my order being taken while line behind me kept going, until someone walked outside to ask me what the hold up was. The next time I came, that same thing happened so I went around the building and into the other line, and someone else pulled into the right line and had their order taken immediately. Infuriating. Another time I was trying to order, here's how it went. Hi I'd like a 10 piece mcnuggets with s- Ok next window please I'm not do Next window please IM NOT DONE oh okay 10 piece mcnuggets with spicy buffalo sauce, 2 burger meal with coke Ok you done Yes that's it Is that everything Yes I'm done Okay are you done YES

We pulled up to the 2nd window and they told us to park up at spot 2 which was for online ordering(which we did not order) - they were not busy at all .we waited for close to 10 mins with still no meal . We drove back in to the drive thru window and the guy that originally told us to park in spot 2 couldn’t not give us a reason as to why our order was taking so long . He got frustrated with us asking a simple question and left the window . The lady with blonde hair approached the window , and told us he can barley speak English Implying he can barley even talk to us and answer our question as to why food is taking so long . Upset with this situation I walk in wanting to get my refund and the lady with blonde hair and Spanish guy out laughing about this situation which is very unprofessional on all levels . Manager is apologizing yet the the staff does not care and says “we are crazy” . staff is unprofessional and rude . I bet no one really reads these reviews right cause your dealing with McDonalds ....
