Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Huntersville

Haven't had Zaxby's before so didn't have high expectations, on first order I got the buffalo wings and things it was ok but nothing special wanted to try the different sauces so paid extra to get them but most likely they ran out so they substituted them with the same sauce .

Second order I got the chicken spicy sandwich meal and the chicken breast was either over cooked or not regularly thawed , since the meat felt rubbery and inedible, I got that sandwich free from the app but still it was a waste of time and effort, they need to better train the kitchen if they are planning to stay...

I really like zaxbys but lately every other time I order online and pickup, something is wrong with my order. A sauce or dressing is missing, wrong sauce, didn't hold the sauce on a sandwich, forgot the fries, whatever. .. I hate trying to dig thorough each bag to make sure it's all correct before I drive off. When I do go online to let them know, they always give me a credit or freebie on next order but that's only good for 2 weeks so if you miss it, you miss it. Come on guys, you got the written order right in...

Experience was Great! JR is Awesome, while he was taking orders in Drive-Thru, he was helping with Dine-in orders too. As I was eating dinner with my little ones I could see the communication he has with his crew; Hard working man but also has the great attitude even though being busy. Restaurant was clean & everyone working together!!! Enjoyed my fresh cut salad and my Kids couldn’t stop taking about how tenders and fries were Sooooo GOOD. Thank you for the Best hospitality.
