Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Huntington

I was in there Wednesday, September 27, 2023, between 12:45 and 1:30 and there were two older women in there one was in the Dining room the other was behind the counter. My aunt and I went in there to pick up our order and the lady in the dining room was disgustingly rude when I went to go to the washroom she asked if I was dining in and I said no we are picking up a pizza and then proceeded with saying you can't use the bathroom. Before I became a Karen and said is it because I'm gay, because I was wearing a black lives matter shirt with a rainbow little rainbow on it I asked my mom and several other people if they ever had this situation before and they said no they've always been able to use the bathroom when delivering, so I did t want to be involved in someone being fired or something but I and about 13 other people will not be going back to that restaurant this is disgusting and foul behavior it wouldn't have hurt you to let me use the bathroom. Even if you aren’t a pizza or sub sandwich person - you must try the gelato! They sell it by the scoop and the pint/quart. I’ve been eating it for a while now. The flavor “blue vanilla” has to be my favorite for the creamier side. My favorite fruit flavored on would have to be the wild berry. Among the flavors I’ve tried - Blue Vanilla, Strawberry, Peach, Green Apple, Wild Berry, Cookies ‘N’ Cream, Chocolate Cherry (I don’t believe they have this flavor anymore, but it tasted IDENTICAL to a cordial Queen Anne chocolate covered cherry), and Lemon (If you want REAL lemon taste, this is your sorbet!) All of their fruit flavors have REAL pieces of fruit, nothing artificial. The only thing that I would like to see them try is Blue Raspberry. I think they would do that well, yet it might be a slight challenge because Blue Raspberries don’t exist! But I can guarantee that I would by 2 quarts of it if...

Was not satisfied at all order was completely wrong and I was lied to by the delivery driver for him to get a extra $5 tip an when I called management and finally got through (the next day) was told they would have to see what they can do if this is how they run a business I don't know how they're still open an I would know because I also run a store in the food industry (I'm a manager as well) so I truly don't understand. The employee should be fired immediately for lying/stealing from a customer an the order should be replaced because (I can take them back the wrong food it wasnt even eaten) I order there frequently and spend $40+ everytime, I won't be going back it's sad how bad Gino's on 14th Street in Huntington WV has gotten. Currently waiting to be contacted back but it took so long to get ahold of a manager or even someone to answer the phone I don't expect a call back...
