If you want a freshly cooked product from this unit then you need to be the first 5 or 6 customers. They pre-cook their burgers and put them into trays above the assembly table. Which is fine. A lot of places do this to keep up with customer demand. The issue here is they pre- cook so many burgers they will sit in those trays until the last one is sold regardless of how long they have been there. So if you go there after the lunch rush the burger you order was cooked for the lunch rush. They recently adopted this process for their fried foods. Went there today to try their new chicken tender strips. Was excited that they finally had this available. Same process. To make matters worse they re-heated this product by putting them back into the fryer which any body with food service experience knows this is the worse thing you can do. Bottom line, if you want fast then this is the place. If you want fresh cooked then either be the first in line or go some where else. I used to love this place but they have traded quality for speed. I personally will never spend my hard earned dollar here again. I don't blame this on the employees I blame this on...

5th Ave. Well,for starters , I had to wade thru three inches of water before I could get to the window to order. I assumed it wouldn't take long because I was the only one there,was I wrong. While I'm waiting on my ice cold burgers I'm getting rained on. Did I mention I was inside? Finally get waited on. She brings my drink and not only does it taste like Pepsi that had been setting out for a few days ,it had no ice. She failed to mention the machine was broke. AI paid 10$ and some change for flat Pepsi with no ice., Ice cold ch. burger, and dripping fries of grease all while waiting to get electric shock from the three inches of water in the floor. NOT EXAGGERATING AT ALL. Customer service is a big joke just like that store. NEEDS...

Excellent service. Very fast drive through. I love their fries so much. I wish they were just a tiny bit crunchier but they're still very flavorful.

The burgers are excellent, I wish it was a different bun but other than that, they're great.

And when we had to return a burger that we made a mistake on while ordering, they didn't charge us to fix it and they offered it to us to keep.

I am very pleased with how well they treat their customers.

Next time I'm going to remember to ask their names because everyone I've ever met there is so kind. If was just in a hurry because it's drive through, I'm not usually in such a rush but there was a line forming and I didn't want to be rude and...
