I really do not recommend going here. I came in for lunch with my friend and ordered a beer and the Enlightened Asian Salad. We consistently had long wait times between ordering and receiving drinks or food. They were out of several beers I tried to order but did not find out until I had already ordered. As my salad was brought out, it had no chicken on it. I got up to look for my waitress since she was nowhere in sight in this otherwise relatively empty restaurant. I found another server and she confirmed my salad was supposed to have chicken and that she would let the manager know. The manager, Chris, was quick to bring out chicken separately. He apologized and said they would comp the salad, which I was grateful for but did not need in this situation. My waitress avoided us for the rest of the visit until I had to ask for the bill. She dropped off the bill and said because there was a mix up with the beer her manager must have comped the salad. As I reviewed my bill, I saw that she charged us for 3 beers (we only had 2) but the salad was comped. I called her back and explained that the manager comped the salad because I had to go get someone to look for my missing chicken that was supposed to have come on said salad. I told her I was not paying for a beer I did not drink and I don't mind about the salad but don't add things to the bill we did not consume. She went to fix the bill but made quite an effort to visibly gossip, point, stare, and laugh at us with other staff the entire time. She dropped off the new bill and I put my card down immediately. She left without taking it and went back to the gossip and show of making us uncomfortable. I had to get up after 5 minutes to ask that someone cash us out and she curtly complied. I paid and despite all of this still left a generous tip. I tried to find the manager afterwards to tell him about the behavior of his employees but he was taking a business zoom call at one of the booths. We left frustrated and confused by this whole interaction. I didn't ask for my chicken to be left off or for my salad to be comped. I just asked to not pay for items I did not order, which honestly felt like this waitress's way of trying to make up her potential tip % with the loss of the salad. A ridiculous concept since I was tipping off the original value with the salad. Be better, people. We won't be back and will not recommend this toxic place to anyone else. Spend your money at a place that won't make you wait or make you feel...

My friend had made a reservation for 5 PM for 10 people. We ultimately ended up with 12 people. We let the host know this upon arrival. Nothing was prepared for the reservation. The host told us we would have to wait until half our party was there to even be seated. My friend asked for the patio and he said they do patio service starting at 5:30 PM. Host also mentions shift change and we have to wait for a server to be ready. As a food service worker I understand, but when a reservation is made this excuse is so poor. We asked if we could order drinks at the bar while we wait. Host told us he would have to ask. It is about 5:20 PM at this point. The point of making a reservation is super lost now. Friends go up to the bar and out walks the manager. Friends were willing to order drinks and pay immediately, but the staff seemed unhappy about this. Friends get the beers and paid. We ultimately get seated inside around 5:30 PM (mind you, our reservation was 30 minutes prior to this). Friend tried to ask for menus from the manager and she told us we would have to wait. 5:50 PM our server is taking drink orders. Myself and another order appetizers immediately as we are very hungry. Server wasn't much talkative, but did her job much better than the rest of the staff we interacted with. The kitchen staff seemed the best of the crew. They brought out our food, were friendly, and paid attention to detail. I ordered parmesan encrusted chicken. I thought the quality of the chicken would be better (it was a little tougher than anticipated), but I did enjoy the food and had leftovers to take home. As a food service worker myself my biggest complaint here is the service. It absolutely blew my mind the treatment from the host and manager with not even an apology given. I think BJ's can do better if they reassess and train in customer service. Especially for management as of all the staff we interacted with the manager was the...

This has by far the worst experience we’ve ever had here and that includes some of the bad experiences during Covid but we still chose to come back and the service usually is a lot better considering we typically drive from Florence to eat here. The young lady working the hostess desk might need to make a decision to find a new career path if she can’t control her attitude or frustration while customers are present and dealing with customers and keeping up with who was there first, if not maybe it’s not the place to be a hostess. You can’t get upset when someone calls you out on skipping over people and while we were eating dinner something happened to others, I get it we all bad days and nights but you have to be able to stay professional around your customers key component of customers service. Ok so as you can tell first impression tonight was horrible now let’s get to the rest of it. I’ve never ordered an appetizer and got my food ALL of the food but still didn’t have silverware or plates for the pizza and the KEY the appetizer but at least it was removed from the total ticket after we requested it to be. Then we were informed there was no silverware available ok coo got a pizza mainly and ziti finally brings out the the plastic silverware and I’m being nice here and not putting the total amount of time any of this takes (WAY TO LONG) and hey once we go started eating since we finally got brought plates and silverware then we noticed hey there’s no napkins. I guess I don’t have to tell ya but all the food was cold. I have never not left a tip and the fact my own daughter is a server now I get is so I always leave a tip but today was the exception never even got the first refill also. So imo manger over this shift tonight needs to evaluate EVERYTHING starting with how they allowed it to be this bad tonight we were not the only unhappy customers we just choose not to ask for freebies paid for the...

Went there tonight on a date. Neither of us had ever been there before. We were seated quickly and our server Amanda took our drink orders and came back right away with our drinks and took our food orders. Upon my first sip I realized my Pepsi tasted like plain carbonation. About 10 minutes later a different person brought our appetizers which were chicken potstickers and spinach dip. Both tasted fine however I still hadn’t seen my waitress to fix the drink problem. After about another 10-15 minutes our entrees came out. Chicken Alfredo and Jambalaya. At this point the waitress came past and I was able to request a glass of water. Both of our meals tasted terrible. There was no seasoning used at all for the Alfredo meal. Not only did the jambalaya not have any seasoning but it tasted like the water that comes in canned tomatoes. At this point we were just ready to go. We are not the type to send food back or complain for fear of replacements being tampered with. This is also the first time we have ever deemed a meal inedible. Yes it was that bad. We sat and waited patiently for our waitress to come back around so we could get our check and leave. She was working a party of 8 but didn’t come back around our way. When she wasn’t at the large table she was hanging out in the kitchen. After 30 minutes we flagged down a different waitress. We paid and left incredibly frustrated. This is the only time in my entire life that I left no tip. I understand a waitress has nothing to do with the food being made and would never hold her accountable for that. But this was flat out terrible service on top of bad food. I understand her making the large party her priority but she could have at least checked on us. We are generally great tippers. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Came here for lunch on Sunday. We were promptly seated and had out drink orders taken. The service was very good throughout. I've come here several times before and had a good experience for the most part, even with large parties. We ordered lemon pepper bone in wings, kids mac n. cheese with fruit, brocolli soup, Asian salad, and a medium/shareable deep dish pizza, an iced tea and a beer. My biggest complaint was that the pizza wasn't as good as previous visits. Deep dish pizza had very soft and doughy crust and almost no sauce. I requested and was given a side if sauce, but it didn't taste that good honestly. Wife thought the broccoli soup was good but that it came out slightly less than lukewarm (which is saying something, because I am constantly reheating dishes at home she things is 'hot enought'). Wife liked the chicken on her Asian salad and thought the portion was healthy. Wings were pretty good, and kid liked her mac n cheese. Just the pizza was a miss. My 5 They have a huge menu with a lot of beers on draft, a little pricey (most every meal will be $20 after tax) but that isn't necessarily a deal breaker. Service has always been good and I'll probably come back again for lunch (especially business lunches -- food comes quick!). Give it a shot but maybe try the tavern pizza instead of deep dish.

Not sure why this place only has 2.5 stars. We were in town visiting family and decided to stop for lunch. Menu very diverse and had good choices for all involved. We were seated immediately even during Sunday afternoon lunch. Restaurant was clean and pleasant. I ordered the Chipotle Cherry glazed Salmon with couscous and broccoli. Salomon was tender and juicy and cooked perfectly. Broccoli was steamed, but needed a touch of salt. Couscous was mixed with tomatoes, red pepper and spinach. It was excellent! My son ordered the prime rib. He didn’t love it but didn’t hate it either. I tried a bite and it did need a little more seasoning for my taste. His Brussels sprouts were grilled and seasoned to perfection, a must try. My wife ordered the BBQ tri tip. Not many restaurants offer tri tip because it is difficult to do well, but BJs knocked this out of the park. Everyone at the table tried a bite and all love it. She did mention that the green beans needed the same seasoning as her garlic veggies and they would have been better. Our server was a little slow to refill drinks and check on us, that is our only real complaint. Other than that BJs would have received 5 stars. The wide variety menu impressed us and the food was overall very good. Will be back if ever in the area. Thank you for a great meal!
