Fat Tuesday at Bridge Street Town Centre Huntsville — Restaurant in Huntsville

After reading reviews raving about this place, I was really disappointed after trying this new thing to Huntsville. The concept is really great, and the product taste is so up to par, but the customer service is just a joke. Not only did she not explain a single thing, the store was empty and silent, but the rudness of asking for someone's ID is simply unacceptable. Then 30$ for ONE drink? I'm fine with the price, but if you are going to have such a high price point and such a cool concept somewhere like Bridgestreet, I feel your employees should be more welcoming and willing to explain the product. I've never felt like such an inconvenience as she made one drink, which took a total of 20 seconds, and she continued to be on the phone and just scoffing the entire transaction. I will not be back, I'd rather go to a dirty dive bar and have a more welcoming BARtender make my drinks with a kinder attitude and attention to the clients.. Highly...

The atmosphere wasn't inviting at all. I visited there on Sunday and was telling my cousin how amazing "Fat Tuesdays are and she should try it. The place looked closed there wasn't anything to let you know it was open looking from a distance. I called as I was walking to see were they open. The young lady didn't appear to be welcoming at all, no greeting, no smile. I asked did they serve a virgin drink for my cousin and she looked at me , as if I was speaking a different language. I had questions about the prices but her demeanor halted them. I hope management use this as a coaching tool. It was only two customers in there and she was acting as if she wanted...

I mean I love the concept and the store was very clean and empty however the Cashier/Chick who waited on us was real snappy and rude just because I asked her what type of liquor was in the pina colada. She also gave us blank dead stares and wouldn’t elaborate on anything I asked her which was very weird and off putting. I shouldn’t have to ask something over and over again. No customer service at all was to be had. Also wayyy over priced. I paid Over $40 for two regular sized pina coladas...
