I am over joyed with my experience at Jarad Galleria of Jewelry with my gemologist Tasha. Words cannot express the sentiments of being galvanized at the finished product oh my ring. My experience started in July of 2025 as my husband desired for me to have the opportunity to design my 25th Wedding Anniversary ring. I ended up with the most stunning, 1 Karat Emerald Cut, and Natural GIA Certified Diamond ring 💍 with a diamond collar and diamonds flanking the sides of the ring. Sooooooooo exciting. But wait, I can't even start end this ring construction review without sharing the most heart warning experience with our Jeweler Tasha. Tasha was without hesitation the most welcoming talent, with so much cognizance about diamonds, diamond shaped, color scale and clarity. Her professional personality but with a queen's touch made me understand that I deserved the best diamond ring. She spent the time answering the questions that my husband had as we anticipated each step. She made sure that each step, of the diamond selection and ring rendering process was an absolute thrilling and educational activity. Because of Tasha's people skills and knowledge about jewelry, we anxiously awaited each appointment including: The selection of the diamond, selection of the gold ring setting, the purchase of the diamond with it's certification brochure, selection and purchase of the setting, to the molding of the setting, to the fitting of the ring mold to the final rendering of the ring until September 4th, the day that my breath left me, tears left my tear ducts, and my orbicularis oculi (eyes) bucked so widely. I literally had to try and calm down. My RING was just that STUNNING! The results are that I have been telling all of my friends and family about the Jared's Jewelry experience and the professionalism of Tasha. Every person should experience this process at least twice in a life time. Diamond Therapy is so needed for all!!! What I mean by this is that when my husband and I picked up the diamond, all my worries ( Thinking about my PHD homework, reporting to work, and stressors) faded as my diamond spoke to me in many flashes and even more flashes in the sun (Tasha told me that the sun's light would have this effect). Have taken so many pictures of my ring. I'm such a diamond boss with my new ring. I would definitely recommend the Jarad Jewelry Experience. Last I would recommend that Tasha get the position as Jeweler of the...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I planned to take the whole Saturday to look at engagement rings and Jared ended up being the second and last place we went to that day due to such a disappointing and discouraging experience.
The lady who welcomed us at the door was so sweet but the lady we ended up working with was very different. I don’t remember her name but she had a “buenos nachos” sticker on her tablet.
The whole process at the beginning was really exciting and positive but it quickly shifted when I asked her if she knew anything about moissanite stones, as I had done some research of my own but thought I should ask a professional.
Upon asking her this she immediately appeared extremely offended which was not my intention at all however she looked at me with a very nasty look and told me that they “don’t sell fake stones” and that “they are ugly, poor quality stones, pretty much the same as cubic zirconium that anyone should never pay more than $30 for.” She began to go on and on almost like a lecture about how they scratch easily and would never last and how I would absolutely hate it and regret getting one if I ever did.
I felt very offended as the previous jewlery store we went to, Osborne’s, was actually very knowledgeable about the gemstone and told me information that aligned with my own research and was extremely polite, respectful and very helpful.
I was extremely disappointed with this encounter with this lady and feel like she was not very professional or educated about the topic and had sort of a condescending tone. Despite this I kindly thanked her for her help and told her we appreciated her time but would continue looking.
Very disappointed with this experience and left feeling a little self conscious even. I left the store feeling very discouraged and upset on a day that should have been a very exciting and happy memory.
I know that every store has its challenges with staffing and every person has their bad days but I really hope that they can improve so that other girls don’t have to go through...
Read moreI cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Jared location at Bridge Street in Huntsville. They were recommended to me through a friend, and I can see why!
I recently inherited my beloved grandmother's wedding ring, and I wasn't sure what to do - it is the only piece of "nice" jewelry I own, and I knew it at least needed to be cleaned.
I arrived nearer to closing than not, but was greeted like it was no inconvenience at all. After a free inspection it became clear my ring needed a lot of TLC to be safe to wear and to look like the star it is. I was given a quote, a walk through of what would be done, and no pressure when I said I would be back soon, but needed a little time monetarily.
The day I returned about a week and a half later was a busy Saturday afternoon. Vickie, the associate I had worked with most closely at my last visit immediately recognized me and remembered my story as well as everything we had talked about.
Yesterday my ring came back (two days earlier than the estimated return date), and it looks amazing! I didn't even know the ring could look so good - it seems it had needed that work for a long time.
My recommendation not only comes because the workmanship was stellar. It comes because the team is just as stellar. I was so nervous about going to a jewelry store having had no experience, and even more nervous about leaving this piece of such fresh sentimental value with them. I was put at ease every step of the way and that was - and is - an invaluable part of my experience.
I don't know when I will need fine jewelry services again, but I definitely know where I will be going when...
