Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Huntsville

I love this Freddy’s , during the day shift. BUT THE NIGHT SHIFT workers and managers are absolutely disrespectful. I have NEVER had worse customer service. The girl taking orders was rude and didn’t confirm anything about the order , gave the price and never once said thank you, had an attitude acted as if her job was too much. We get to the window, pay 50$ for our meals. My son’s meal was missing tots , they messed up the order. So I kindly asked for tots, the white girl at the window was nice and went and told the manager . The manager with black, red and white braids came to the window started arguing with my husband shouting “you got fries, tots and onion rings.” I informed her it was supposed to be 2 tots and 1 onion ring, she slams the window on us and throws her hands up in the air. After 5-7 minutes she then makes the white girl give us the correct tots and she was nice thankfully and said I’m sorry, you guys have a good night. IF YOU ARE THAT MISERABLE AT WORK, you need to go home and have a reflection day. There is NO reason to treat a customer like that EVER. I am an insurance agent and if I ever treated a customer that way, I WOULDN’T HAVE A JOB TO GO BACK TOO. This is somebody that shouldn’t even have a management position. My first time trying Freddys was a few months ago at this location. It's safe to say that my daughter and I are now Fredheads! I love that the food is cooked fresh to order! I also love the manager Miss Barbara! She is such a caring lady!! You can tell that she cares about the service that her customers receive, and that's a big plus!! There are times that I've dealt with certain cashiers who give off the vibe that they don't want to be bothered. They don't seem friendly or happy, at all, any time I see them there! They just look at us like we're an inconvenience to them because we chose to come inside and order. The drive thru cashiers are always friendly and welcoming!! My daughter and I always get the burgers, but 1 day we decided to try the chicken tenders. The first time I was disappointed, but I still thought I'd give it a try on another visit. Well, I did and I was extremely disappointed. On both occasions, we were served, what I would call, a mix of popcorn chicken, breading bites and tiny chicken nuggets. Not one piece of chicken was an actual tender, and neither of our orders had enough "popcorn chicken" to equal a 5pc tender basket. My daughter and I were both very disappointed and I decided I would never waste my money on Freddy's chicken "tenders" again. Please fix this! I came back to the restaurant today 2/15/2025 because the manager Ms. Barbara called me the other day and apologized for the mixup with my food and the inconvenience it caused me on my lunch break. She was extremely helpful and offered to not only replace my food on my next visit, but when I came in with my mother and son she covered the entire thing. I tried to call to reconcile this but no one would answer after 3 attempts. I came here on my lunch break and ordered a grilled cheese steak burger with NO BACON. I attached a photo of what I received.
