We Mount TVs — Local services in Huntsville

Worse experience ever. They are not a true local business. I called 4 times and had 4 different outsourced scheduling personnel handle my call. They gave me bad quotes and scheduled my appointment for the wrong date and time twice. They took my well deserved frustration and used that as a shield for their incompetence. Manger called from a Nashville number telling me he is not going to tolerate me being upset. As though I was a threat because I said to the outsourced scheduling personnel that I was going to the main office in Huntsville Alabama to speak to the manager. The only small hope they have is the One Manager I spoke with in Birmingham who seem to have understood my situation but the Manger from Nashville got on the phone and immediately began to speak to me in a manner as if he wanted a confrontation in order to justify not providing any service or admitting any wrongdoing on their behalf. When you start your conversation off telling a grown man " I am not going to tolerate " and you are not on your personal property or a law enforcement officer, you are deliberately treating him like a child and purposely trying to belittle him in order in order to show your dominance. That most definitely is only designed to impress his staff and mainly the women under him because it was not meant for any other productive company...

The guys at We Mount TVs are not only very courteous and professional, but are also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything Audio Video or Home Theater wise. I had three TVs mounted with all the wires hidden and electrical outlets installed behind the TVs and I also had a 7.1 surround sound system with a projector and motorized screen installed as well. I did not have any TVs or equipment before I called them and they provided everything, the TV's the mounts the wiring the speakers the projector the screen and everything else. Was even surprised to find out that I paid below Was what most electronic stores charge for my TV's and my projector and screen. It was so awesome to just have to make one call and these guys took care of everything. The installation was beyond my satisfaction, they kept me informed throughout the entire install. I spent about a week comparing prices and We Mount TVs was one of the most inexpensive companies but yet they guarantee all of their work and I do not believe that anybody could have done a better job. Excellent experience. Having just moved back to the Madison area, it was difficult to find a service that mounts TVs in a reasonable amount of time. I called to set up an estimate and Joshua arrived right on time, gave me the estimate (very reasonable) and mounted all 3 of my televisions in no time at all.
